Black screen when loading Windows. Disable Floppy in BIOS. Repairing a Defective Master Boot Record

If a user has a problem when Windows 7 does not start on a computer or laptop, then this article will help solve this difficult task. Running Windows 7 is sometimes impossible due to errors occurring in the system after hardware problems, improperly installed software, malicious utilities, etc.

But the most common reason why windows 7 sometimes does not load is in the operating system itself.

Solution

In the case when all the initial stages Windows startup 7 in a PC or laptop are executed normally, but all the same, windows 7 does not start to the end, then usually novice users are confused. Although in the presence detailed instructions, the question: "What to do?" not even for beginners. If the cause of the problem is hardware failure, then it will be indicated by a signal from the speaker of a laptop or stationary computer during the POST test. If so, the OS will fail to start.

But if the problem is of a software nature and the process stops at the stage of loading Windows 7, it means that the user is faced with the most common problem, which can be solved using the algorithm of typical actions.

Instructions for action

You must use an OS recovery tool. During the PC startup process, if windows 7 does not start, the system often advises the computer or laptop owner to choose boot options. If for some reason such a proposal has not been received, then the user can independently open this menu by clicking on the "F8" button. Then proceed to restore the normal load of the "Seven".

What if the above instructions did not solve the problem?

To fix the problem when windows 7 does not start, you need to use the OS CD:

  1. Install the installation disc into the PC drive;
  2. Start the system from the disk (in the BIOS, the corresponding order of loading the system from the media is set);
  3. In the window that appears, click on "Apply recovery functions that fix problems with loading the OS" and click on "Next";
  4. Then, in the "OS Recovery Options" menu, click on "Startup Recovery";
  5. Wait until the system analysis is complete and the causes of the failures are eliminated;
  6. Restart your PC;
  7. In BIOS, set the system to start with hard disk (when exiting the BIOS, be sure to save the adjustments made);
  8. Restart the computer again;
  9. Ready! Windows 7 will now boot normally.

Using the command line

If for some reason it was not possible to restore Windows using installation disk, then there is another way to do it through the command line.

First, you need to take the steps indicated in the paragraph on restoring the normal load of the "Seven". The only changes are that simply in the "System Recovery Options" menu, you now need to specify the section - " Command line».

What to do when it was not possible to achieve a positive result by following the instructions above?

If it was not possible to achieve success and the user has already reached this part of the article, then the problem cannot be classified as typical failures. bootable distribution OS. You will need to do all the further actions in Windows safe mode. It is recommended to analyze disk "C" for the appearance of broken clusters.

To enter "safe mode" you need to do the following:

Why are preventive measures important?

In Windows 7, a special system is provided that can make special reference points, with the help of which, if necessary, it is restored. By applying this protection function, even a novice user always manages to easily return the OS to a working state.

For example, in case of failures due to incorrect installation of applications, drivers and other utilities like codecs, or when errors appear due to adjustments to the registry.

It should be noted that the "Seven" has the ability to allocate a fixed amount of memory on the hard drive specifically for such protection of the operating system. Implementation is available in Windows 7 self-configuration protect files along with system data, or you can do it separately.

Many PC users often encounter a problem when, when booting, windows 7 hangs on the logo, that is, loading normally goes to a certain place, after which operating system(OS) falls into a "stupor" and is brought into "feelings" only after pressing the Reset button.

There are many reasons that lead to this phenomenon, among which 5 most common ones can be distinguished. Let's consider them in more detail.

Possible causes and solutions

  • virus programs are the main cause of fatal changes in the "operating system";

You should use modern antivirus scanners to help identify and remove malware and spyware from your PC. If the antivirus did not help, then manually terminate the suspicious processes in the registry and at startup, then find and delete all suspicious files from the hard drive.

  • stopping the start of the OS can occur when the processor and chipset overheat banal;

A failed cooler, old thermal grease, a heatsink clogged with dust can shutdown a PC in a matter of minutes. When the system boots up, you need to use one of the many utilities to check the temperature regime central processing unit, video card, chipset.

If the reason is overheating, and the cooling is functioning, but clogged with dust, then it is necessary to clean the PC using compressed air or a vacuum cleaner.

  • RAM problems also often lead to unplanned shutdowns when starting Widows 7;

Among the problems of the RAM, the most common are overheating and defect, due to damage to the memory module. Unfortunately, the latter type of problem can only be identified through testing.

Specialist recommendation: in case of overheating, use special heat sinks, which significantly reduce the risk of RAM failure. If this does not help, replace the device. A factory defect in a RAM module can “surface” even after prolonged use of the memory.

  • falling into a "stupor" of the PC when starting the "operating system" is often due to mechanical, electronic, logical or software and hardware failures in the hard disk;

You can detect problems with the hard drive by testing, running the utility in Widows 7 or using third-party software. Extraneous sounds often become harbingers of screw problems. When an incomprehensible noise and clicks appear in the "hard", you need to do backup its contents and be ready to purchase a new device.

  • sometimes, the reason for the "braking" of the computer during the initialization of devices is incorrect settings or outdated BIOS version;

Most often, this happens after installing on an old system board new components. The BIOS may simply not have information about them. The solution in this case is quite simple: initially return to factory settings or update the BIOS.

Sometimes you can solve the problem of the PC freezing at startup by rolling back to the checkpoint that the system creates.

To do this, you must have boot disk and follow a few simple steps:

  • reboot the PC and go to the BIOS. Depending on the manufacturer, the input keys can be different, most often it is Del; F2; Esc. In order to accurately determine the entry key, you need to refer to the documents that come with the motherboard;
  • change the boot priority. To do this, go to the BOOT section, after which you need to go to the menu item Boot Device Priority;
  • select the item 1st Boot Deviсe and confirm by pressing Enter. In the Option window that appears, highlight the drive and press Enter. After this procedure, the PC will be started from this device;
  • exit this menu, then press Esc, then Exit, after Enter, and then confirm saving the settings with the Enter key;
  • insert an operating system disk or a bootable disk into the CDROM and reboot;

How to tune the registry to diagnose a freeze problem

In order to determine for sure which process leads to the stoppage of the OS startup, you should make a small adjustment in the registry entries.

This can be done by booting with command line support by entering the command: regedit.exe.

  • in the left part of the window that opens, select the KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder, after that, open SOFTWARE, in this directory find and open Microsoft, and then - Windows;

In this directory you need to find and open CurrentVersion, then Policies and finally System;

  • after opening the System directory, pay attention to the right side of the window;

In it you need to find the file Verbose Status. Open it and set the value equal to 1 in the opened tab; (The default is 0)

Important! You should be aware that the file you are looking for may not be in the registry. In this case, it must be created. Click on the free space on the right side of the window, select the New menu item, and then DWORD Value (32 bit). Name the created file VerboseStatus with a value of 1.

  • after that the registry can be closed and rebooted;

As a result, when you start the OS, you will see the loaded services and system processes. Where it gets stuck - and is the cause of all troubles.

Working with BIOS settings

The shutdown procedure often helps to get rid of the "machine" freezing at boot time: often - but not always. Sometimes the BIOS settings play a decisive role, changes in which almost always lead to the PC freezing.

What you should pay attention to:

The panacea is resetting the settings to the factory settings.

Disconnecting devices

Suppose, according to the report, the system went into hibernation when loading the CLASSPNP.SYS driver.

In order to find out which device is responsible for the operation of this driver, you can try to turn off the PC components in the BIOS one by one:

If you find a component that causes Widows 7 to hang at the logo on boot, you can install a discrete device into an expansion slot on your motherboard.

Important! If the device is replaced, the PC may not load the "operating system", displaying information on the error on the monitor screen. To fix this, go to the I / O system again, go to the Halt On tab, and select No Errors. On the Halt On Errors tab, set the value to None. Now the PC will boot even if there is an error.

Factory reset

There are several ways to reset the parameters to the "factory settings", the most common of which are:

  • zeroing directly from BIOS;
  • by removing the battery from the motherboard;

In the first case, you should go to BIOS and select the Load Fail-Safe Defaults option. After that, answer in the affirmative to the question about resetting the parameters and save the changes. After automatic reboot, the changes will take effect.

Photo: Load Fail-Safe Defaults menu item

Method two, the simplest:

  • de-energize the PC;
  • remove the cover from the computer system unit;
  • remove the battery from the motherboard;
  • after 15-30 seconds, insert the battery back;

Thus, the parameters will be set by default, i.e. factory settings.

Installing a new version of Bios

In some cases, the BIOS cannot provide proper support for all components of the computer due to outdated version firmware.

This leads to them incorrect work and braking Windows 7 at startup:

Important! Do not turn off the power of the PC during the update procedure. This can damage the motherboard.

The methods described by us can effectively solve the problem of the computer freezing at startup. If you think that the above methods are not suitable for you, or the PC has not been restored to work, then by all means contact service center where professionals will take care of the problem.

Modern computers and its mobile counterparts are multicomponent devices, and the more complex the device, the greater the number of reasons that can lead to malfunctions. A quarter of all users have a problem and a black screen appears on the display. Faced with this popular failure, people often turn to specialists for paid help, however, practice proves that often the causes of problems can be quickly and inexpensively eliminated by anyone on their own. The material below will help you successfully cope with the task.

Content:

Identifying the cause will allow you to target the problem when the black screen turns on. You just need to be attentive to the little things, for example, when you turn on the PC, is there any noise, are the indicators on the case glowing, etc. Even insignificant mechanical influences on a complex device and the appearance of liquids on internal components as a result of temperature changes or careless work of the user with the device are most often the causes of malfunctions leading to a black screen.

Also, of the main prerequisites why a black screen appears, special attention should be paid to the following:

  1. Hardware or software conflicts that result in the graphical interface not being displayed;
  2. Battery malfunction;
  3. Problems with the video accelerator, RAM, motherboard, hard drive, etc.;
  4. Driver incompatibility;
  5. Overheating of the device;
  6. System crash;
  7. Display (monitor) malfunction.

What to do if a black screen appears when booting Windows 10 or 7?

Black Windows screen indicates a serious malfunction in the PC, so people who do not have sufficient experience should better trust the master.

I consider it my duty to note that all the recommendations below serve as informational material, and not as a call for mandatory implementation. Intervention in the work of complex devices in the absence of experience can disable an expensive gadget.

Better to execute simple actions, the meaning of which is completely understandable to a person, and do not try to gain experience at the cost of causing unconscious harm to the computer.
For example, a simple complete shutdown from the PC power supply and then turning it on in half of the cases leads to a successful loading Windows 7-10.

Only when this does not help, you should proceed to the more complex activities described later in this guide.

After installing a utility or game on a computer, a black screen often appears when Windows boots. In these cases, using the restore point (TV) function through safe mode (BR) will help.

It is necessary to perform the following actions:

  1. Start the PC from a bootable USB flash drive;
  2. Click "System Restore";
  3. In order for the PC to enter the BR after rebooting, use the command: "bcdedit / set safeboot minimal";
  4. Restart your PC;
  5. Enter the control panel (in the "Top Ten" this menu was called "Parameters");
  6. Open the "Update / Security" tab and go to the "Recovery" section;
  7. Click "Start";
  8. Then choose one of the two suggested options (at the personal discretion of the computer owner);
  9. Wait until the process is complete.
  10. Ready.

Life CD will help to eliminate the appearance of a black screen when starting the PC.
The sequence of steps is as follows:

  1. Install life CD in the drive;
  2. Then, while the PC boots up, enter the BIOS and set the priority for starting the OS from the floppy drive;
  3. Close BIOS, saving the adjustments made to it;
  4. Wait for the PC to start from the disk;
  5. "System Restore";
  6. "Further";
  7. Click on "Startup Recovery";
  8. Wait;
  9. Ready.

If a black screen appears already when you turn on the computer, then it is recommended to use BR (safe mode).
To start in BR and fix the problem, you need to follow just a few steps:

  • Immediately after turning on the PC, click "F8" (another button can also be used, therefore, you must first familiarize yourself with the accompanying documents for the PC);
  • Using the arrows on the keyboard, select BR and click "Enter";
  • Wait for the download;
  • "Start";
  • "Programs" and go to the "Standard" section;
  • Click "Service";
  • Click "System Restore";
  • Specify TV (restore point) and click "Next";
  • Click "Finish";
  • Wait for completion;

Disable unnecessary or conflicting programs

After booting into the BR, open the control panel and enter the "Programs and Features" tab, where you can sort the programs by the time they were installed on the PC. Often, simply removing the latest installed utilities fixes the problem. Also, the uninstallation of applications, without leaving them "tails", allows you to implement "CCleaner", which is available for free on the Internet.

In the case when the user does not want to uninstall the utilities, they can be disabled and excluded from the Windows autorun list:

  • In the search line (combination Windows keys+ R) start typing "msconfig";
  • After clicking on "Enter", enter the Services menu in the displayed menu, where to disable extra programs, and remove unnecessary applications from the Startup tab.

For users of "Tens", to get into the startup section, it is enough to launch the "Task Manager" (DZ).

Video drivers are available free of charge, but during installation you need to be careful so that the software fully matches not only the component parts of the PC, but also the operating system operating in it. To find out the exact information about which drivers need to be installed, it is recommended to use the "dxdiag" parameter.

By clicking on the keyboard shortcut "Windows and R" you will need to type the above word and click "Ok". A menu will appear where, in the "Display" tab, you can view information about the video accelerator installed in your PC. After searching for drivers, downloading and installing them current versions The black screen does not appear anymore. However, it happens that it is also caused by malicious applications that infect the system. The next paragraph of the instruction is devoted to this reason.

Even after the operating system recovery procedure, it is advisable to carry out a complete analysis for the presence of "malware" in it, which again damage the OS files.
If the OS still does not start at all, you need to remove the hard drive from the problem PC and connect it to the working computer to check for viruses. To do this, you can use "Dr Web CureIt". In it, you need to select the connected hard drive and start the analysis by clicking "Start scan".

Restore Windows Registry and Explorer

Windows provides automatic creation and saving copies of the registry in the "System32 \ config \ RegBack" directory, which is located in the Windows section.

It is necessary to move the files from the specified directory to the "config" directory. Of course, you will have to confirm the firmness of your intentions and click "Replace".
This is easy to do when the explorer is functioning normally, and if not, then you will need to restore it using the OS boot disk and the AVZ utility.

To this end, perform the following actions:

  1. Open the main menu "AVZ" (you can use the "portable" version of this free antivirus program, which runs from a USB flash drive);
  2. Click "File";
  3. Click "System Restore";
  4. Put the checkboxes in the "Explorer Restore" and "Work Desk Restore" columns;
  5. Click "Perform marked operations";
  6. Enter the "Control Panel";
  7. Next, go to the Add or Remove Programs tab;
  8. Uninstall suspicious utilities;
  9. Install in floppy drive bootable media from the OS and then in the "File" tab click "DZ";
  10. Click "New task" and then type "sfc / scannow" in the command line;
  11. Click "Enter";
  12. Restart the PC by entering Windows in the BR;
  13. Open the directory located on the CD with the OS under the name "i386";
  14. Copy explorer.ex_, temporarily removing one letter from the extension;
  15. Copy the created file to the system volume;
  16. Next, add the missing letter "e" in the extension;
  17. After typing "regedit", click "Ok";
  18. Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE directory;
  19. Expand the content of "Software";
  20. Go to the Microsoft folder;
  21. Open the "WindowsNT" subfolder;
  22. Then from the "CurrentVersion" directory go to the "Winlogon" subdirectory;
  23. For "Shell", specify the location of the file created when performing steps 15-17;
  24. Click "Ok";
  25. Reopen the menu "DZ";
  26. Right click on the "explorer.exe" process;
  27. Click on End Process;
  28. Then in the DZ "New task";
  29. Print "cmd";
  30. Click "Ok";
  31. In the console, type "Cd C: \";
  32. Click "Enter";
  33. Type "copy explorer.exe C: \ Windows";
  34. Input;
  35. "Yes";
  36. Restart your PC;
  37. Ready.

Black screen when turning on the computer before Windows boots

In the absence of signs of life of the display before starting Windows, that is, on the monitor from the very beginning there is a black screen, but there is sound. Are audible system sounds when starting the OS and you can hear, for example, the noise of coolers, the creaking of RAM, etc., which means that you need to check the operation of the monitor and connecting it to system unit elements. If you have this problem happened to the laptop - check the cable connecting the display to the motherboard.

Stationary and mobile PCs are equipped with a VGA socket.
This jack can be used to connect another monitor. If there is no such socket, then you will need to use the "HDMI" connector. The main thing is that the procedure for connecting an additional display itself is carried out with the PC turned off.

In the case of normal operation with an additional monitor, you can diagnose a malfunction of the native.
An ordinary user cannot cope with repairing a monitor on his own, so it is recommended to contact a specialist.

The hardest part of a PC is the motherboard (motherboard). There are dozens of components on it, any of which is fragile and small. It is not possible for a simple user to identify the cause of the motherboard malfunction, since this requires special diagnostic equipment.

Mechanical damage occurs when the PC components are incorrectly installed on the motherboard, for example, RAM strips, cards, as well as the processor itself.
Even a simple case of a needle or a piece of wire hitting the surface of the motherboard leads to the failure of expensive equipment.
On closer examination, sometimes, it is possible to identify contact defects in the slots, creasing (swelling) of resistors, broken tracks (scratches), darkening of some areas on the motherboard, but without the skills and tools to repair the component, it is not recommended to carry out resuscitation actions on your own.

Sometimes even a burning smell coming from the computer case can tell you what the problem is.

Similar problems apply to video cards, which, after mechanical damage, usually need to be replaced with new ones.

Although the most terrible situation has already been considered when the motherboard fails, but no less unpleasant surprise is and breaking hard disk. Moreover, there is not even a cursor arrow on the monitor either.
It is necessary to diagnose the hard drive and, perhaps, it will be possible to save the stored on it important information... In case of negative diagnostic results, it remains only to buy another HDD or hard drive for your PC.
You can understand that it is the HDD that is broken (if it is impossible to boot the PC) by the smell of burning, strange sounds from the HDD during its operation, or in the absence of small vibrations or heating during its operation.

The easiest and most effective way to remove black screen

If you cannot start in BR (safe mode), then it is easier to get rid of the black screen by a standard reinstallation of the OS. As a result, the user gets a stable working system. It is convenient for this purpose to use bootable USB drive by creating it in the "Rufus" utility.

The application is free and fully Russified, and most importantly it has been tested by millions of users.

Why does a black screen appear when launching games or steam?

Gambling addicts most often face failures. Even the acquisition official versions games does not guarantee the absence of errors and black screens. The most common weak link is the video accelerator and driver problems, as noted earlier in this guide.

Therefore, in the first place, it is advisable to perform an analysis of the work graphics adapter, for example, the application "FurMark". It will provide information about the model of the video card and its modes of operation.
The Game Booster program has similar functionality. Gamblers are advised to regularly analyze the operation of the video accelerator with these software.

Based on the results of the analysis, the user will find out what measures are required, for example, to upgrade the drivers.
Also, a crash when starting games occurs when there are problems with other PC components, which often overheat under increased load. It is required to clean them from accumulating dust, change the thermal paste, otherwise the heat is removed less efficiently.
Gamers for popular games have developed standard algorithms for eliminating the black screen failure. They will be discussed further.

  2. Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds;
  3. Connect to the mains (not forgetting to install the battery back, it is recommended to first wipe the contacts with alcohol);
  4. Turn on the laptop;
  5. Click start in normal mode;

Programs designed to remove Windows black screen

In addition to the programs mentioned above, the "RemoveWAT21" utility effectively allows you to eliminate the failure in computers on Windows 7 due to activation problems.
Steps:

  • Install the utility;
  • Remove activation;
  • Re-activate and deselect the system license analysis;
  • Ready. Now a black screen due to a failed activation will never appear.

The described utility is equipped with a manual, so after installing it, even beginners will not have any difficulties.
Also, one of the most multifunctional programs is AVZ, which has already been used above. Antivirus can eliminate most of the causes of the error in question.

The first step is to establish the cause of the malfunction. If the situation is such that the computer turned on, but then the operating system (OS) itself does not load, then naturally you need to dig in the direction of the same OS.

And if the situation that the computer does not even turn on at all, that is, it does not show absolutely any signs of life, then the situation can be much worse.

A few recommendations on what to do if your computer won't boot!

For the first case (when the computer turns on, but the OS itself does not boot).

Here, as a rule, there is a problem with the system files, or their damage, or complete loss. Try the tips below, all tips are for Windows XP:

  1. Use the "Load the last good configuration (with working parameters)" option. You can use it as follows: after turning on the computer, press the F8 key, a window will appear, and in it select the above menu item.
  2. Go to safe mode and try to restore the previous state of the computer. To do this, when you boot the computer, press the F8 key (as in the previous paragraph), select "Safe Mode", if the system boots, go to the following path: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. And following the wizard's prompts, try to restore an earlier working system.
  3. If the previous methods did not help, then I suggest that you familiarize yourself with another option. This option will return your computer to working capacity with a 99% probability. What do we have to do? You just need to update old system... To do this, you need a bootable Windows XP disc. Insert the disc into the DVD-ROM, reboot, it should boot from the CD, for this you need to set the appropriate item in the BIOS, or you can call the boot option menu with the F12 key, when you boot the PC, and choose to boot from CD / DVD-ROM, but this method may not suit everyone.
    After booting from the CD, select " Installing Windows XP ”following the prompts. When a window appears notifying that a previously installed OS has been found and press the R key. Thus, the Windows installer will update the existing copy. Wait until the end and try to boot normally.
For the second case (when the computer does not turn on at all).

In fact, there can be a lot of reasons here, and in absentia it is sometimes very difficult to help in such a case. And, as a rule, the reason is a malfunction of some device (motherboard, power supply, RAM, etc.). At home, especially not a sophisticated user, there is simply no way to check the performance of this or that device by replacing it with a known working one. But there is a way out, though not 100%.

First, try resetting the BIOS. To do this, remove the battery for a few minutes. Or close the jumper contacts to reset the BIOS. Look for the jumper next to the battery and is labeled Clear CMOS ( possible options designations: CCMOS, CL_CMOS, Clear RTC, CRTC, CLRTC, CL_RTC). If it doesn't help, read on.

Second. It is necessary to disconnect ALL devices on the computer, leaving only the motherboard... That is, we take out the video card, all slots random access memory, disconnect from the power supply HDD and DVD-ROM if there are additional devices (internal modem, sound card and so on) we also take them out, leaving only the motherboard connected to the power supply.

And now we try to turn on the computer, if it turns on, then the problem is in one of the disabled devices. Turn off your computer and try ALTERNATELY connect devices, checking the computer for performance. Connect the most important devices(video card, hard drive, RAM), and then secondary.

Thus, if, when installing a device, the computer stops turning on, you yourself will determine faulty device... If the computer did not turn on with one motherboard, then the problem is either with it itself or with the power supply.

Sometimes a serious failure occurs in the system, (especially susceptible to this error Windows versions 7 and up) and the screen freezes at the “Welcome” message. The complexity of this situation is added by the impossibility of logging into an account and gaining access to management functions. Below will be discussed how to fix the problem.

Solving problems with the Windows boot window.

There can be several reasons for stopping the download:

  • dust entering the processor;
  • driver conflict;
  • a large number of programs that run together with the system;
  • damage system files;
  • malware;
  • low-quality video card.

In order to reliably establish to which case the problems of your particular system belong, you need to open at least elementary control functions. To do this, restart the computer and, while Windows has not started loading, press F8 several times (depending on the type of BSVV, other keys can activate it - also try F2, Shift + F8, Del + F2). A window should appear prompting you to enter the system in "Safe Mode" - select it and press Enter.

How to fix the problem

Removing or reinstalling drivers

The first step is to check the drivers for compatibility with the system, because in most cases it is this circumstance that leads to the termination of the launch. Drivers are often the most "conflicting" graphics card, slightly less often - sound.

If it didn't work out, we repeat the same manipulations with each device. Sometimes you have to completely remove an incompatible driver so that it does not interfere with the download. In this case, the system will replace it with an adequate analogue, but with the loss of some capabilities.

Removing programs from autorun

During installation, many programs go into autorun on their own. The dissonance of one of them with the components of the system can cause it to freeze. To fix the problem, you need to identify the conflicting software.

If the problem is resolved, then the source of the problem was indeed in the conflicting application. To find out which one, open "Startup" again and check the box next to the first program in the list, then check how the system starts up. And do this with each program until you identify a conflicting one. If the OS still does not boot, then it is worth checking the hard drive.

Check HDD for errors

But if the HDD has received mechanical damage (for example, from a shock), this will not help - you will have to replace it.

Checking the integrity of system files

The computer and laptop also freeze due to the violation of the integrity of the system files. To check if this is your case:

  1. Press Win + R.
  2. In the "Run" window, write "cmd".
  3. The "Command line" will open, in the field of which we drive in "sfc / scannow" (ignore the quotes) - Enter.

Thus, we have run the diagnostic, its results will be displayed in the same window. The system will detect and fix problems on its own.
