* The clipboard is an intermediate (temporary) data warehouse (text, files, folders, images, etc.) for transfer or copying in different programs, or within the same program. In Windows, the data in the buffer is stored until you copy or turn off the PC (if you copied one element and did not insert it anywhere, and then you copied another item - the first will not be available in the exchange buffer). There are programs expanding the capabilities of the clipboard.
