Transfer calendar data from android to android. How do I transfer the app and other data to a new Android smartphone? Transferring music, photos and other files

Many people, before switching to the Android platform, used proprietary applications to transfer and work with the data of this or that phone. For example, for Nokia devices it was a common thing to create backup on the gadget, and then transfer all the information to a new one - simply, logically and conveniently. To do this, it was enough to acquire the Nokia PC Suite program.

Things are a little different with Android devices. Contacts in new phone loaded after entering all identification data and synchronizing with your Google account. All that is required for this is the Internet and registration in a search engine. Before transferring data from "Android" to "Android", you simply go to your Google account, in automatic mode your contacts are copied to a new phone from the company's servers.

However, this does not happen with other data. Of course, you can do without old SMS messages, bookmarks or some other notes, but on the other hand, when you change the gadget or just reset all its settings to factory settings, you really don't want to lose absolutely all information. So, let's try to figure out how to transfer data from "Android" to "Android" without losing it and not getting confused in all the variety of third-party programs.

NTS

Built-in software for NTS devices through a special "transfer wizard" will allow you to migrate your data from to a new one. The application has shown itself to work very well, coping with a large and "motley" amount of data.

To transfer information, the NTS Transfer Tool uses the Wi-Fi Direct wireless protocols. With its help, you can easily transfer all SMS messages, bookmarks, calendars, calls, videos, photos, pictures, music, contacts and other documents.

The application has rich functionality, all settings are understandable even for novice users, but, as expected, this software works exclusively with NTS devices, and not lower than the fifth version of Sense. Before transferring data from Android to Android, it should be noted that old phone from which you want to export information, can be from any manufacturer, but not earlier than "Android" 2.3, but the receiver is exclusively from the NTS.

"Motorola"

A similar toolkit can be found at the Motorola company. Fans of this brand have surely appreciated the capabilities of the Motorola Migrate utility. Before transferring data from Android to Android, it is worth mentioning that, just like in the first case, the application can only work with smartphones of the same name. Restrictions on the Android version - not earlier than 4.1, not later than 5.1 and with the exception of Nexus models.

Devices on Android platforms with a version of at least 2.2 can act as an export source. If the role original phone the old model is playing on an unsupported platform, then the maximum that can be done is just to transfer contacts, and all the rest of the information will have to be left in the old gadget.

Before transferring data from Android to iPhone using Motorola software, you should know that migration will be available only for contacts and calendar, and everything else, alas, will remain.

Samsung

The company, as an export tool, offers its user a branded Smart app Switch. The set of data for migration is very impressive: contacts, videos, photos, bookmarks, calendars, SMS messages, documents and gadget settings.

Before transferring data from "Android" to a computer, it should be noted that the source of migration can be phones not earlier than 4.0 version of the "Android" OS, as well as any iOS. Information from the latest platform can be uploaded via iCloud or via a regular USB cable. Moreover, even the paid music of the "iTunes" application will be transferred. The latest version of Smart Switch is fully compatible with Galaxy family gadgets (starting from version S2).

Lg

LG has also taken care of similar software for its fans. With the help of a fairly simple utility LG Backup, you can export contacts, notes, photos, videos, bookmarks, SMS messages, documents and voice files.

Any Android phone with JellyBean firmware can act as a migration source. Before transferring data from "Android" to a USB flash drive, and then to new smartphone, you should be aware that there is a lot of negativity in the software reviews, so some owners of LG gadgets prefer to use third party applications.

"Sony"

The famous brand also provided the opportunity for its users to work with data through a branded Xperia app Transfer Mobile. The utility perfectly synchronizes devices based on "Android", iOS and " Windows Background". With its help, you can export contacts, photos, videos, calls, sms and mms messages, notes, bookmarks, documents and gadget settings.

Migration can occur to tablets, laptops and smartphones. The program works in such a way that it excludes data duplication if synchronization with accounts has been performed search engines... Before transferring data from "Android" to iOS, you should know that the application supports all gadgets of this platform: iPad, iPhone and iPod, starting with the fourth version of "iCloud".

It is also worth noting that the utility does an excellent job of exporting information on devices running Windows Background 8.0 without any restrictions in both directions.

Universal packages for SMS messages

Many branded applications do an excellent job of transferring contacts, calendars, notes, music and other information, but, judging by user reviews, they very often "skip" while working with SMS messages, so if this is your case, then you can recommend a separately written software for such options.

One of the most popular and universal utilities for the export of sms messages is SMS Backup & Restore. It is able to work with Android platforms from 1.5 to 5.x versions. Before transferring data from Android to iPhone or Android, it is important to note that the application does not export calendars, contacts or any other information - only SMS, so do not expect rich functionality from it.

Functionality

With the help of this software, you can save a local copy of all your messages with subsequent uploading to resources such as DropBoch, Google Drive, or e-mail from popular search engines. In addition, the utility is able to create backup copies of SMS messages on a schedule, save separate SMS messages from the selected contact, that is, save (or restore) only the necessary conversations. Highly useful function, if it is necessary to separately highlight, for example, correspondence with a bank, with a loved one or currency services.

It should also be mentioned that a backup copy of SMS messages is stored in the device's memory (in the internal or SD card), therefore, before resetting your phone settings or transferring data to a new one, you should send information to email through the utility or upload it to the "Cloud".

The software can be purchased both free and paid. In terms of functionality, both versions are no different, but the first option is simply teeming with ads, while the second works faster, there is no need to constantly close pop-up windows.

Summarizing

Google Play has other utilities to help you transfer data from one device to another. But before installing this or that application, first make sure that the software supports your device and the platform on which it runs. It will be useful, of course, to look at user reviews about the program you like, and if there is not much negativity in them, then you can try it.

Bought a new phone, now you have to face one inevitable headache: transferring all your apps, contacts, photos and more to your new device. Do not worry! We'll show you how to do it with less effort. Just follow the instructions below and your new device will be ready to go in no time.

Depending on whether you are switching to Android or iPhone, your steps may be slightly different. In this article, we will take a look at how to transfer data from Android to Android and iPhone to iPhone.

Thanks to cloud services Google makes it very easy to transfer all your apps and data to the new one Android phone especially if you have an Android version from Lollipop or Oreo. Major manufacturers of Android smartphones often include dedicated data transfer tools in their phones. For example, Samsung offers the Smart Switch app, while Motorola has its own Migrate tool.

In most cases, it's best to just follow the instructions when setting up your new phone for the first time. V latest models Android phones, you just need to position the phones next to each other and pair them via NFC (although some options allow for much faster wired data transfers, provided you have a USB cable).

Once you see these prompts, select the actions you want to take. When your old phone prompts you to transfer data, simply select “OK” and the transfer will begin. When the process is complete, a message appears on your new phone that the data transfer was successful.

If you missed the backup process when setting up your phone, you can do the same using Google drive to back up your apps, data, contacts and whatever else you need. You can download these backups by going to Settings> Backup & Restore and follow the instructions provided.

If your android does not periodically prompt you to make any backups, then we recommend checking to make sure that your old phone is performing backup, and sync app data with Google cloud.

You can check this by simply going to Settings> Personal> Backup & Restore. Make sure reservation is enabled. As for syncing apps, go to Settings> Data Usage and click on the three-dot symbol (drop-down menu) and make sure Auto Sync is turned on.

Once you've got the backup, select it on your new phone and you'll be presented with a list of all the apps on your old phone that you can choose to install on your new phone. Some apps may not appear if they don't support syncing apps, but you can simply re-download them from the Play Store.

While the above methods will transfer your apps and data, not all of them will transfer your photos, videos, or files that are only stored in your phone memory. You can move them with using google Drive and Photos. To upload files to Google drive, click the "+" button in the corner of the screen, and then the "Download" button. To back up your photos go to “ Google settings">" Back up photos "and turn it on.

Once you've downloaded everything you need, install Google Photos and Drive on your new phone and you will have access to all your saved files, and you can also access your personal files from almost any other device you own.

IPhone to iPhone

If you are switching to iPhone, the process of transferring data is quite simple and fast thanks to iCloud. Before launching new iPhone, check your old one to make sure you have an up-to-date copy in iCloud. If the backup is not new enough, you can click to manually create a backup to avoid losing the files you want.

You can now start the installation process on your new iPhone. After entering the account data iCloud records you will be prompted to either set up the device from the created copy, or set up the phone as a new one. Select recovery and make sure you select the copy you want. That's all! Your new iPhone will be filled with all the contents of the old one.

Are you tired of Android and want to switch to iPhone? It's pretty easy with the Move to iOS Android app, which will transfer most of your content to the iPhone and even install the iOS versions of Android apps. You can learn more about the app on the Apple Switch to iPhone page and download it at Google play... Once installed, the app will transfer calendars, contacts, emails and other data to your new iPhone.

However, if you prefer to use google apps for iOS, such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Photos, it makes no sense to transfer most of this data, since you can install these applications on your iPhone and log into them with your account. The only thing that Google iOS apps won't transfer from your Android phone is history. text messages and any other data stored in your phone's memory, which makes Move to iOS not always useful for a full Android to iPhone transition.

If you want to transfer your favorite music, then you need to use iTunes on your computer. Connect your Android phone to your computer, then download all your music files and import them into iTunes, then sync them to your new iPhone.

If you want to transfer programs installed on Android, then Move to iOS will add all the equivalents free apps for iOS to your iTunes Wishlist. You can find the wishlist by clicking on the menu button on the right upper corner screen when you first open App App Store. From there, you can select the apps you want to download. Unfortunately, paid apps you will have to buy again.

Replacing the phone can be a serious problem for the user. With more than 16 GB of memory, they fit the whole life: from personal to business. The vault contains business contacts, photos and videos, documents and other files that are difficult or impossible to recover.

Everyone will be delighted with a new phone, but it is difficult to use it without familiar applications and information. Modern technologies help to quickly transfer required files without wasting a lot of time. You can transfer everything, from photos to correspondence in WhatsApp. The necessary files will be transferred to another phone, except for the registry entries.

We transfer contacts, calls, SMS, photos and videos to your phone

Most of the information on the phone is stored on SD cards. However, they are not present in all models. Since the beginning of 2017, a fashion has appeared for flagships in which memory expansion is not provided. The most prominent representatives of phones without the ability to insert a memory card are the iPhone.

Apple phones have never been released with storage expansion in mind. Because of these features, data transfer causes a serious headache, especially if their volume exceeds 100 GB.

But thanks to special programs, phone owners do not even have to install additional software: you can transfer contacts, calls, SMS, photos and videos through the phone's native utilities to Android base and iPhone.

The Android operating system was created by the American company Google, which provided a special program for storing data. With it, users will not have to take additional steps to access their files from any device.

To do this, you need to create an account. Often, owners of Android-based phones create it when the device is activated. If this was not done in advance, you can create a profile through the settings at any time:

  1. Go to the "Settings" application (on phones different firms the names of applications and items are different, but remain logically similar).
  2. Find the section "Users and accounts" and click on the plus or select the item "Add new account".
  3. Step by step fill in the opened fields: "e-mail", "Name", "Surname" and go further.
  4. Come up with a new username. The main requirement is uniqueness. If the system has an account with an identical login, the error "This name is already taken" will be displayed. Also, the nickname will be attached to mailbox@ gmail.com, which is created automatically when registering an account. It will receive news related to Google. After confirming the username, proceed further.
  5. In the window that opens, enter the password, which consists of at least 8 characters. If the password is missing at least 1 capital letter, number and special character, the program will generate an error. The resulting combination must be recorded in a safe place. It will be problematic to restore it, especially if the account is not tied to a phone number.
  6. Enter the phone number and confirm it using the code that will come in the SMS. This step is not necessary, however, linking to the number makes the account more secure and will not allow intruders to change the password unnoticed.
  7. The last step is to agree to the privacy policy and terms of use. After that, the Account is officially considered created and linked to the mobile phone.

How to transfer data to a memory card

If the broken smartphone and the new product support SD-flash drives, you can transfer information through it. The content on the card is exported through the "Explorer". You cannot cut and paste files: this will delete system folders, which means Android will stop working.

You can transfer videos, photos and music, but you need to mark them in the appropriate folders or find them in one of the manager's tabs. Visually, the guides are different, but all modern phones have such a tab. For example, in smartphones from Xiaomi in the "Explorer" application, a page automatically opens with the sorting of files by type: photo, video, documents, music, ARC, downloads and archives.

To transfer data from phone to memory card:

  1. Insert your SD stick into your device.
  2. Go to File Explorer and select the files you want to export. You can move them in stages. For example, first go to the "Video" tab and transfer files of this type to the USB flash drive. Then repeat the steps with music, photos, ARC, documents, sms and mms.
  3. When the necessary files are selected, click on the "Copy" button that appears below. There is an option to just cut, but they will disappear in the starting folder. If you are doing this for the first time, it is not recommended to cut the files right away. with any error, restoring them can be a problem.
  4. When everything is copied, go to the SD card folder, which is separately located in "Explorer" and click "Paste".
  5. After the download is complete, all content will appear on the removable media. It can be removed from the smartphone and moved to another device. The only requirement for a new smartphone is support for SD cards.

Attention! Exporting contacts via SD is done through the phone book. In Explorer, these entries are not displayed on all phones.

Transferring applications

There are two types of programs stored on smartphones. The first one is installed through the downloaded ARC files with third party sources... This type of application is located in the phone's storage, and you can transfer it to the SD card as described above. After moving them, you will have to reinstall them. registry entries will remain in the system of the old phone, and on the new gadget only setup files... This type of program only works on Android.

The second type of files is virtually impossible to transfer. They are downloaded through official sources such as Play Market and App Store... Files of such programs cannot be transferred separately from the ARC phone.

However, for those who store a lot of programs on their phone, there is good news... Android keeps a record of everything downloaded from the Play Store. Music, movies and games can be restored along with a backup by simply connecting to your account, as described above. Synchronization must be enabled for this. However, applications are slightly more difficult to restore: they will have to be manually downloaded again. To make this process as easy as possible, Google created a tab "My Apps and Games" in Play Store... There are 3 lists in this section:

  • "Updates" - programs installed on the phone that have new versions;
  • "Installed" - common list applications that are on the phone;
  • "Library" - programs that have ever been downloaded.

It is guided by this list that the owner of a new phone will be able to completely restore the files of their ARCs and immediately download them.

If the application is never installed again, you can simply remove it from the library. To add it back, just download it again using the search.

When transferring managers, for example, Viber to another phone, their entire history is loaded automatically from the backup versions saved on their official servers.

Attention! The presence of a SIM card does not affect the transfer of content to other smartphones. It doesn't matter if the gadget has an SD card if the files are not transferred through it.

Transferring Music

Modern users rarely store music files on their smartphones. For this are used social networks or an application for listening to audio recordings. The most popular ones are:

  • Spotify;
  • Deezer;
  • Music Play;
  • iTunes.

If the music library is stored in one of these applications, there will be no problems exporting. You just need to download the program on a new phone and log into your account.

If the files are stored on your phone, you will have to resort to one of the data transfer methods. It is best to transfer files via a memory card. If your old or new smartphone does not support an SD card, you will have to use the cloud storage. For this, there are both branded programs that are already preinstalled on the smartphone, and third-party applications. The most popular ones are:

  • iCloud- a proprietary utility from Apple that allows you to synchronize files from your smartphone;
  • - an application on smartphones from the Chinese brand Xiaomi;
  • Google drive- Space for storing system backups on Android phones;
  • Yandex Disk- application from Russian developers with 10 GB free storage and the possibility of paid expansion;
  • Dropbox- a cloud from a third-party company, in which you can place up to 2 GB for free.

Music can be transferred to a new smartphone via a computer. To do this, connect the device via USB cable and select the "Data connection" connection type on the smartphone. After that, you just need to save the necessary files in a folder on your computer. Then disconnect the old mobile phone, and connect the new one to the cable. Paste the previously transferred files into the root folder of the smartphone.

By the way, this method will work with any type of content. Before transferring data from phone to phone, make sure both devices are connected to Wi-Fi.

All ways to transfer data from Xiaomi to Xiaomi (Mi Mover, Mi Drop, Mi account)

The Chinese brand Xiaomi cares about the convenience of its users. Even for data transfer, Xiaomi has provided many options that will save time and nerves.

The most popular among them is a cloud storage that permanently saves files from the phone. Recovery through this source is considered one of the easiest and fastest ways.

Initially installed in all smartphones with MIUI shell.

To set up synchronization via Xiaomi branded cloud storage:

  1. Go to the settings, find the "Accounts" section.
  2. Find "Mi Account" and go to it.
  3. If you are not signed in, log in using your e-mail or phone number.
  4. After that, log into Mi Cloud.
  5. In the application that opens, select the content types of interest and enable synchronization in them. If it is disabled for all file types, a message will appear at the top asking you to enable autosave. To avoid choosing specific data types, set up sync for all files with one click.
  6. If you need, for example, only contacts and messages to be in the cloud storage, enable autoload for them optionally by going to the section of interest.
  7. After finishing downloading the files, connect to Mi Cloud on another phone and the files will be downloaded automatically.

Another tool for transferring information is that is available on all Xiaomi smartphones, where the MIUI proprietary shell is installed starting from version 7. To transfer files in this way, you will not need anything other than Wi-Fi. The program is focused specifically on data transfer, so there are no unnecessary functions in it. To transfer files to a new smartphone using

  1. Open the app on two phones.
  2. On the main one, select the files, including apps, that you want to transfer to your new device.
  3. Click on the "Submit" button, which will start a search for nearby devices.
  4. Confirm the file transfer on both smartphones and wait for the export to complete.

Third appendix, with which you can switch to a new phone without losing information - Like the previous utilities, it is already in the smartphone. The user does not have to download and configure anything. The main thing is, before transferring data from Xiaomi to Xiaomi, you need to make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on. At the same time, you can quickly transfer many files to another device in one step, along with a system backup.

Unlike previous methods, Mi Mover requires the simultaneous presence of two smartphones in close proximity, because to connect, you need to read the QR code. To transfer files:

  1. Go to the Settings menu and find the Advanced section where Mi Mover is located.
  2. Assign the roles: receiver and receiver, respectively.
  3. A QR code will appear on the recipient's smartphone. To read it you need special application, which is already preinstalled on all smartphones Xiaomi released after 2017. The code must be read by the sending smartphone.
  4. Wait for the process to complete.

Attention! To transfer files from iPhone to Xiaomi, you need additional annex... You can use Google Drive file hosting. It is suitable for any operating system.

It is possible to transfer data from Xiaomi to computer and then transfer it to iPhone via iTunes. In this case, the scheme for downloading files from a smartphone will be similar to that described above for downloading content via USB.

Transfer data from one iPhone to another

Like Xiaomi, Apple tries to put the convenience of its users first. When you activate your smartphone, iCloud sync is automatically turned on. This allows you to quickly transfer data from iPhone to new phone. It is important to ensure that there is enough space in the storage for all files, otherwise at a crucial moment it turns out that only part of the content is in the cloud. Manufacturers have provided for the possibility of expanding the volume, but any changes are paid.

To transfer files to a new IOS smartphone, the user does not have to do anything. It is enough to log in to another device and the system will automatically start downloading all iCloud content only if the smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it will offer to restart the process later, if there is wireless network... This decision is justified, because downloading a large amount of information via 4G can take much longer.

Transfer data from iPhone to Android

To transfer their files to IOS, Google OS users will have to install an additional utility. Since the systems are different, initially they do not provide for the possibility of switching from one smartphone to another. Most often, this is done using the "Move to IOS" application, which is available for download on Google Play. After completing the installation on both devices, you need to connect to Wi-Fi networks, then:

  1. On iPhone, go to Settings and find the Applications & Data section, where the Transfer data from Android item is located.
  2. Log in to the "Move to IOS" application from your Android smartphone and click on the "Continue" button. The user agreement will appear on the screen, which you must accept and click the "Next" button.
  3. Find "Code Finder" and run it. The field is reserved for numbers that appeared on the iPhone. At this stage, sometimes a message appears that the quality of the Internet is too low. The warning does not have to be taken into account: it does not affect future work.
  4. After successfully connecting, select the files you want to display on the new smartphone. When all the files are selected, you need to click the "Next" button, the process of downloading information to the new phone will begin. If the size of the selected files exceeds 50 GB, the developers recommend connecting the devices to the power supply. Transferring system and content backups will consume battery power.

Ways to transfer data from Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Sony, Lenovo and LG

Other brands also have proprietary utilities for transferring files between devices. Everything Nokia phones, Samsung and HTC support any cloud storage. The most convenient way to transfer files using Google sync. Step by step method its settings are described above. Works on any Android device.

Specialized utilities are also suitable. They are more convenient, but focused primarily on export between 2 phones of the same company.

To transfer information between phones, Samsung uses the Smart Switch Mobile program, which is available for download in the Play Store or Galaxy App.

A similar application is installed on Sony phones- "Xperia Transfer Mobile". They are used less often than synchronization via Google account. HTC has an app called Transfer Tool.

Have Lenovo smartphones and LG does not have such utilities. It is more difficult for the owners of Nokia, which for a long time were produced only on the basis of Windows Phone... Modern products of this company are released on Android, however, a full-fledged shell and special utilities users still haven't received.

When buying a new phone, people do not always feel a sense of joy. Now they will have to take the time to transfer all the files to the new phone.

In reality, everything is simple: the process takes no more than half an hour, depending on the number of files. To save energy, it is better to store information from your phone in the cloud. Then the process of switching to a new smartphone will take no more than 10 minutes.

When buying a new Android smartphone or tablet, many users are looking for how to easily and quickly transfer contacts from Android to Android. In fact, this is done very simply. Using one of the methods below, you can transfer the numbers that you enter your phone or tablet.

We use a Google account

The easiest way to copy recordings to a new phone is to sync with Google. The fact is that a Google account is connected to any Android device. It is through Google that the Play Market operates, thanks to which you can download games and applications to your smartphone.

Moreover, mostly Android users work in Gmail. Therefore, you need to use your Google account to copy contacts from your old phone. This is done as follows:

1 Log in from your old mobile phone in the settings and find the "Accounts" item there.

2 If a Google account on the device already has, that is Account connected, under the above inscription there will be an item "Google".

If not, follow the process of connecting your Google account to your device. To do this, click "Add account", enter your username and password.

Rice. 1. "Accounts" in the settings

3 Click on your account, that is, on e-mail.

Rice. 2. E-mail in the "Accounts" section

4 This brings you to the sync settings. To save contacts from Android in the system Google services, click on "Contacts". The synchronization process will take place.

Rice. 3. Synchronization menu

5 Now you need to connect the new device with Google, and with the same account to which the old device was connected. To do this, repeat all the steps described in this list up to the Gmail item.

The entire contact list will be transferred.

Using the vcf file

This is also a very simple method to transfer contacts from Android to Android. It allows you to transfer data to the device's memory, to a flash drive and to Windows computer and then transfer them via Bluetooth, USB cable, email, and more.

Now let's figure out how to transfer contacts from Android, with a vcf file, first of all, you need to export data to a file:

1 Go to the application phone book and click on the additional menu (most often represented by three dots in the upper right corner). To send information from phone to phone, select the item "Import Export".

Rice. 4. "Import / Export" in the phone application

Note: In some versions of Android in the menu, there may be buttons "Export" and "Import" (separately). In this case, select "Export". It also happens that after clicking on the item shown in Figure 4, you need to press the "Export" button again. This is quite normal, you shouldn't be afraid - it's just that the mobile phone has such an OS.

2 To move the phone contacts, you need to select where exactly the file with contacts will be written. Choose the option with memory or SD card.

Rice. 5. Copy path options

3 Check the boxes next to the records that you want to transfer from one Android to another by export. You can also select Select All.

Rice. 6. Record selection process

4 You will be prompted to export and, accordingly, whether to transfer contacts from one device to another. Click OK or Yes.

That's all. Now you have a vcf file (aka vCard, in some cases csv is also created, but it is practically useless), which can be dropped via Bluetooth.

You can also transfer data to a memory card, then insert it into a second smartphone or tablet. You can also use any cloud. If it is most convenient for you to transfer contacts to a new device via a computer (first to a PC, then from it), then this is done via a USB cable.

To do this, first we connect the first gadget using a computer and a cable, copy the file with the vcf extension, then change the phones and transfer it to a new one.

Prompt: If the computer does not see the phone, the data cable may be defective. Please use a different or use a different USB port.

Thus, you will transfer data from Android to Personal Computer, and then on the second device. Of course, transferring information from your phone to your computer is not the best option.

It is much more convenient to use Bluetooth or a memory card. In any case, this method is working and you can just as quickly transfer Android contacts to your computer, and then from it to the desired device.

Rice. 7. The .vcf file with data

After the file, transferred via USB or in another way, is on the new device, just open it and watch how the Android system imports the necessary contacts.

There is another "tricky" option - to use Outlook. Its only advantage is that you can edit the data while the program is running. True, there can be problems with the encoding, so if you decide to throw from Outlook on Android, it is fraught with headaches.

We figured out how to copy contacts as a file from Android to a computer. Then you can simply open them in the same Outlook or the Windows Contacts program.

Rice. 8. Opening a file on a computer

To do this, just right-click on the file, select "To open with" and choose the one you want. But the use of these programs will only allow you to edit the saved records.

As for how to transfer Windows contacts and how to transfer contacts from Outlook to Android, this task cannot be performed in these programs. You have to save the file and use the transfer described above.

We copy numbers to the SIM card

Now let's look at how to transfer contacts from android to SIM card. To transfer data from the phone to the SIM, go to the book application with phone numbers, click the menu additional functions, you are taking "Import Export" and select the item "Export to SIM-card".

Rice. 9. We export numbers to a SIM card

Then you need to select all the numbers, or which ones to keep, the only drawback this method, this is a limitation on the number of contacts - 200-220 pieces. If you have fewer numbers, then you can safely use this method.

Import contacts from SIM card to Android

Rice. 10. Menu in the phone book

Now let's look at how to transfer contacts from a SIM card to an android. This is done just as easily, go to the phone book, click on the menu (three dots on the right), then select "Import Export"

The next step is to choose where to download contacts from, in our case, choose "Spoil from SIM-card"

Rice. 11. Importing numbers from SIM

This will copy the information of each contact to the phone.

For information: The phone may ask where to save the numbers, to the device or to the Google account (If an account is connected google entry).

A slightly different way, we described in the article on transferring contacts. To do this, you also need to select "Contacts" on Android and using the same menu "Import Export" transfer information from the SIM card to the phone.

Via computer and MOBILedit

The exact same principle is used in special programs, each of which throws information. For example, there is MOBILedit, one of the best running programs that does this task.
