The September presentation of Apple has ended, at which the company always shows new devices. This year was no exception, but it turned out to be practically devoid of surprises: only smartphones and watches were announced.

Nevertheless, the event, as usual, was beautiful and, most importantly, interesting. All announcements are below.

iPhone Xs, Xs Max and Xr

They look almost identical to the iPhone X, but the gold color of the case has been added to the silver and "gray space". One of the models, the Xs Max, is a huge 6.5-inch model. IPhone diagonal Xs - 5.8 inches.

Both smartphones received improved OLED displays with support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision, the cutout for the sensors is still there. Face recognition via Face ID has become faster. Water resistance and stereo speakers have been improved.

Inside, the devices now have a six-core A12 Bionic processor - the first 7-nanometer Apple chip. Maximum volume device memory is 512 GB.

Smartphone cameras have gotten a lot better, but mostly in software. The new Smart HDR mode has at least a couple of interesting features. One of them allows you to take pictures instantly, with absolutely no delay after pressing the shutter button. The second brings together several of the same frames with different exposures and creates the best image possible.

Both phones last a little longer than their predecessor: the Xs for about 30 minutes, the Xs Max for an hour and a half. Added support for gigabit LTE networks.

For a smaller model with 64 GB, you will have to pay 88 thousand rubles, for a larger one - 97 thousand. Sales will begin on September 28th.

The iPhone Xr stands out - a smartphone with a 6.1-inch LCD screen with bangs and Face ID. The device will be available in six different colors: black, white, blue, coral, red and yellow.

The iPhone Xr only has one camera on the back. The frame is not made of stainless steel, but aluminum. The device is protected from water and dust according to the IP67 standard, not IP68. No 3D Touch, but vibration feedback, similar to trackpad MacBook Pro... But the processor is installed the same as in the Xs and Xs Max.

"Budget" smartphone with 64 GB of memory will be sold at a price of 65 thousand rubles, there will also be options with 128 and 256 GB. Apple will begin accepting pre-orders on October 19 and shipments will begin on October 26.

Apple Watch Series 4

The company essentially design smart watch... The screen has grown by more than 30%, becoming almost bezelless, rounded at the edges.

Due to design changes, the speaker volume has increased slightly, and the watch itself has become thinner. Rear end the device is now made of black ceramic, the display is made of sapphire crystal.

The minimum cost of a watch with GPS will be 32 thousand rubles. They will go on sale on September 28th. The new watchOS 5 will be available on September 17th.
