There is still a bunch of tasks that do not have a relationship to actually, but are mandatory part of work any introduction or programmer 1C.

It is clear that with the addition of new users or arrangement of flags when setting up rights - everything is more or less coping :)

But there are topics that clearly did not become "mass knowledge."

Therefore, we consider it useful to release additional materials.

Placement of servers in the date center

To create a scalable and fault-tolerant IT infrastructure of the organization, we need a private data center, a corporate data center or mini-data center. It offers a full cycle of the construction of corporate data center "turnkey" - from design to installation and maintenance.

Large corporations using software products 1c in their remote branches, often face the problem of the absence of 1c installation capabilities in separate workplace workplaces. Sometimes outdated computers can be the cause of this, sometimes remoteness, sometimes the absence of IT staff. The 1C developers solved this problem in the platform version 8.2, integrating a special web client in it. The organization of work in this form of the client will significantly save on the upgrades of computers and the content of administrators 1C.

Externally, the web client does not differ from a thin client, except that the 1C interface opens in the browser. To launch Web Customers 1C need a web server publication and the availability of the Internet at workplaces. For the connection of the database and user interface The web client responds to the DHTML and HttpRequest web server. At the time of work, the data is transmitted via HTTP to the web server, compiled, and directly execution occurs on the client side, in the Internet browser environment.

Sufficient popularity of the 1C Web Customer Mode is explained by the list of benefits:

  • No need to establish client part 1c in workplaces;
  • Ensuring access to the database from anywhere in the world with internet access;
  • Support for any browsers and, accordingly, any operating systems and all gadgets with access to the worldwide network;
  • Technical simplicity, as you just need to start the browser and correctly dial the address;
  • Special regime Data exchange with a web server at low Internet speed.

In addition, the web client mode has certain disadvantages:

  1. Web server vulnerability that becomes affordable anywhere in the world;
  2. Certain restrictions on the exchange of data and operation file System;
  3. Availability only for configurations using a managed application type and a subtle client;
  4. Inaccessibility of local licenses.

If you firmly decided that the Web client 1C is great for users, then you will have to configure and publish a web server. As an example, consider setting up the standard IIS embedded in Windows.

If your computer installed the Windows family system, you can do without third-party programs. In this you will help the built-in IIS server.To configure which the initial knowledge of the system. It should be noted that installing the server on weak computer Makes the launch of 1C clients and the performance of the entire system will be at risk. Therefore, it is recommended to configure IIS only on those configurations where the operating system functions without delays and there is a large supply of resources.

To start the server setting, go to "Control Panel" -\u003e "Programs and Components" -\u003e "Enable or Disable Components". Find the Branch of IIS / Internet Service and Slip the following daws in the tree.

  • In chapter " General functions Http ":
    • "View directory";
    • "Default document";
    • "Static content";
    • "HTTP errors."
  • "Checking performance and diagnostics":

    • "ASP.NET";
    • "ISAPI extension";
    • "Extensibility.net";
    • ISAPI filters.
  • "Management tools":
    • "IIS Management Console".

To publish a configured server, you must install the 1C Web Server Expansion Modules. To do this, during the 1C installation process, you must mark the corresponding item in the installation of the installation method and install the components. Then run 1c in the configurator mode with administrative rights and click on the "Administration" menu -\u003e "Publication on the web server ...". The 1c platform will independently detect a configured web server, and you will only need to set the name of the base and its location.

After you click the "Publish" button, the server must be restarted. Now you can check the execution of the work, making the web client to 1C, speaking in the browser the string: "http: imaging / name". It is necessary to envisage that all users have access to the location of the database for reading and writing. Otherwise, the 1c web client configuration at the workplaces will not give results.

Web client 1C is a convenient tool for users, the performance of the jobs of which leaves much to be desired. Thanks to a simple setup, minimal differences in the application interface and the list of various advantages, the web client won some popularity in companies of various caliber.

With the release of the 1C 8.2 platform, it is possible to use the web server in operation with 1C to interact your base with the World Wide Network. In the future, as 8.3 and its new releases are released, integration opportunities have increasingly expanded. Already now for communication with the Internet, others information systems and providing access to the database through the browser, you can use a web client, ODATA interface, develop Web services, HTTP services.

In this article, we will look at how to install the Apache web server and publish your information base on it for only one minute! For this we have developed for you simple processing With two buttons.

To begin with, they deeper into the theory. If you all already know that, boldly leaf at the end of the article and download the processing. For those who want to install a web server on their own, but is not a 1C specialist, we recommend you to read this introduction.

For which an ordinary user publishing 1C on a web server

Within this material We will not consider all the pros and conveniences of publishing a base on a web server. Let's focus on what is very often asked to make customers - 1C access via browser. You can work with 1C from anywhere in the world without installing the platform. Also the advantage of working in the browser is that you can go to your program through mobile device: Tablet, smartphone, running any operating system: iOS, Android, etc. Enough to configure this option remote access, open the browser and specify the connection of the connection. Most importantly, if you publish a 1C database on the server for remote access - think about security! In addition to installing a password and other security measures, it is recommended to use VPN to access the network in which the base is located. But this is the topic of a separate article and not a very experienced specialist to turn to.

To provide remote access directly to the computer on which 1C is installed, and perhaps read the other without 1c.

How it works

For the organization of access to 1C through the browser, it is necessary:

  • Any configuration developed on managed formas
  • Install and configure a web server
  • Publish database on a web server

1C supports two web servers:

  • Apache.

APACHE web server is free, easy to install and configure and satisfy minimum requirements, so we will use it in our processing.

Come to the most interesting. How to do it all. You can, of course, manually. But in order to save time and the poor experience, you can use our free processing. With its launch, by our instructions, any user will cope. Once again we emphasize that the configuration must be on managed forms. Mode "Taxi" or not matter.

Short instructions for familiar with external processing:

  1. Making a copy (backup) ib. Absolute processing is safe. But it never hurts. We read how to do it.
  2. Download processing - file
  3. Under the administrator (computer administrator).Do not configure with the launch of the 1c configuration under the user with full (administrative) rights
  4. In the File command menu - open. Select the file of the installation server .epf / setupwebserver.epf (the version may differ)
  5. On the form fill in the desired name to publish on a web server. When starting, it is automatically filled from the system header.
  6. When entering the Internet through a proxy server, specify the proxy parameters
  7. Confirm the Apache web server download from the Internet
  8. We are waiting for some short time
  9. The web north is downloaded and installed, the base is published and configured - you can open the button. Also, you can add address to favorites in the browser

If you have questions left or not everything is clear from short instructions Read details with pictures

  • Download processing - file

Download the file to your computer, from where then it can be opened from 1C

  • Come in 1C by running the platform Under the administrator (computer administrator)

Open the platform (List of the IB) with the rights of the local administrator of the computer / server. Right-click on the startup label, select the "Run from the administrator" item. This is necessary. APACHE starts running.

  • In the File command menu - open. Select the pageserver .EPF (version may differ)

In any configuration on managed forms, we open the processing by clicking in the upper left corner "File-Open". Choose our file downloaded at 1 step.

  • On the form fill in the desired name of the database for publication. When starting, automatically filled out of the system header.

Processing opens. By default, the name of the published base is filled. You can change the name to your own, the program will try to correct you if you write unacceptable characters.

If a message appears during the execution that the extension modules are not installed, read how to install it.

  • When you enter the Internet through a proxy server, specify the proxy parameters

  • Click on the "Run" button

After clicking on the button, the window appears, as in the image below. Press "I agree."

  • The base is published on the web server and configured - you can open the button. Add's Address to favorites in Browser

  • Working with 1C in the browser is convenient and not required to install the platform

After processing, the Apache web server will be launched. To see that it is running, stop and restarting can be in the system tray (the right bottom corner).

By right-clicking on the icon, you can run a web server monitor (Apache Service Monitor).

Check that the web server works fine. You can enjoy the Localhost string to any browser on the computer on which Apache is installed. If everything is in order you have to see the inscription - it works!

A few words, let's say that the processing does not use common modules From 1C configurations so that you can run and install a web server on a configuration written without using a BSP (library of standard subsystems).

Also, you can make sure of security and your data by publishing a practically empty configuration. No reference books or documents are read and do not change, your database data is not sent anywhere. Analyze the registration log to make it yourself to make sure.

Below are images of starting and performing processing on an empty database, into which only one Handbook "Nomenclature" is added.

If you want 1C to be left at hand, use 1C rental without unnecessary manipulations.

If your goal is access to 1C from another network, from home, business trips, even from the resort, in addition to installing a web server, you need an external ("white" / dedicated) IP address and correct port settings. In this case, much attention should be paid to the security of the base, so it is better to trust this work to us. Perform any settings for

Configuring web servers to work with "1C: Enterprise"

1. General information

This article describes the web server configuration mechanism to work with the web client and Web services, as well as configuring OpenID authentication support. After publishing, the appeal to the published components will be performed as follows:
● Appeal to the web client. To start a web client, you must use the address that is formed by the following rules: <Имя хоста веб-сервера>/<Имя виртуального каталога> . If the name of the DEMOCFG virtual directory, then to launch a web client, you should dial the following URL (to access the local machine): http: // localhost / democfg.
● Appeal to the Web service. To gain access to the Web service, you must use the address that is formed as follows:
<Web Server Host Name\u003e /<Имя виртуального каталога>/ WS /<Имя Web-сервиса> or <Имя хоста веб-сервера>/<Имя виртуального каталога>/ WS /<Адрес Web-сервиса> .
So if the virtual directory has the name of Demows, the name of the Web service in the configurator is indicated as Demonstration WSAnd as an address is the DemoworkWs, the access to the Web service can be performed simultaneously at two addresses (to access the local machine):
http: // LocalHost / Demows / WS / DemonstrationWSWS or http: // Localhost / Demows / WS / DemoworkWs.
Read more about Web services.
● Appeal to HTTP service. To access the HTTP service, you must use the address that is formed as follows:
<Имя хоста веб-сервера>/<Имя виртуального каталога>/ HS /<путь к ресурсу>.
For more information about HTTP services, see here.
● OpenID authentication is performed automatically.
Internet Information Services Family Web Servers (Next IIS) are supplied with the operating system, and to simplify understanding, which web server you use, give the table matching the version of the web server and operating system:

IIS version Operating system version
IIS 5.1 Windows XP Professional
IIS 6.0 Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Professional X64 Edition
IIS 7.0. Windows Vista. or Windows Server 2008
IIS 7.5 Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
IIS 8.0 Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012
IIS 8.5 Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2
IIS 10.0 windows 10

The Apache web server distribution (both for Windows and Linux OS) can be obtained on the project website: http://httpd.apache.org/download.

2. General requirements

On the computer where the publication is executed, a supported web server must be installed and configured. For installation of the Internet Information Services web server, you may need a distribution of the operating system used. When installing a web server, you must install ISAPI extensions support. To install the web server, administrative privileges are required on the computer to which the required web server will be installed. Publication can be performed in two ways:
● Using the publication dialog on the web server if on a computer with a web server it is possible to start the configurator of the required bit.
● Using the WebInst utility. (You should call the WebInst utility from the BIN 32-bit version of "1C: Enterprises")

To perform publishing on web servers, administrative privileges are needed on a computer where publication is performed:

● For Windows Vista and older to perform publication, you should run the configurator using the item Run on the name of the administrator Context menu of the application or launch program. If the publication is performed using the WebInst utility, then the administrator must be launched or the utility itself, or the interpreter command line Windows.
● For Linux to perform the publication, you should get the superuser rights (ROOT user) using the SU command or run an application that executes the publication using the Sudo command.

When trying to publish the system checks the presence of the necessary privileges to perform the operation. If the privileges of the current user is not enough to fulfill the publication, then:

● When publishing the configurator, the user is asked about the need to continue publication. The dialogue indicates the cause of the emergence (dialogue) and there are recommendations on how to get the necessary privileges.
● When publishing using the WebInst utility, the user is issued a diagnostic message, but the publication continues.

Publication is possible only if "1C: Enterprise" is located on a computer with a web server.
For web server IIS 7.x and older does not support publication if the Property is the directory (or parameter DIR utility WebInst) indicates the directory % SystemDrive% \\ inetpub \\ wwwroot.
NOTE. To work with the configuration through a web server, the configuration should not be empty.

3. Types of publication

3.1. General Publication Scheme

The general publication scheme is as follows:

● Registration of the query processing module (web server expansion module) corresponding to a web server;
● A virtual application is recorded on the web server;
● Catalog is created virtual Applicationsand it houses the default.vrd file and configured it;
● For users are assigned rights to the directory with the database file (for the file version).

To publish a web client, you should use the version "1C: Enterprise", which is used to work with the information base, to which it is planned to access with the help of a web client. If there are two versions on the computer, for example, 8.3.3.100 and 8.3.3.3.150 and the server "1C: Enterprises" version 8.3.3.150 is running, then to publish you should use the configurator or the WebInst utility is exactly the same version.
When executing publication, it should be remembered that the discharge of the registered web server extension must match the battery of the web server itself.

When publishing the IIS web server, you should remember that:
● Publication is always executed for the default website (Default Web Site);
● Publication is always performed for default application pool (defaultAppPool);
● For the application pool used to work "1C: Enterprises", support environment.net must be disabled. To do this, set the property of the application pool version of the Environment .Net Framework to the value without a managed code.
To perform a publication from the configurator, you must use the publication dialog ( Administration - Publication on a web server ...).

Fig. 1. Publication on a web server

The following are followed:
● Enter the name of the virtual directory in the Name field, while the name of the virtual directory may consist only of the symbols of the Latin alphabet.
● In the web server field, specify the type of the web server for which the publication is performed.
● In the directory field, specify the physical location of the directory in which the files describing the virtual directory will be located. When using the Apache web server, the catalog name should consist only of the symbols of the Latin alphabet.
● Depending on the need to set flags Publish a subtle and web client and publish Web services.
● For the IIS web server, you can specify the need to authenticate on the web server using the OS.
● If you need to select Web services that need to be published. Column address can be changed. This column sets the Web service synonym. Appeal to the Web service is possible both by name and synonym.
● If necessary, configure the remaining parameters of the publication.
● Press the Publish button launches the publication process. Pressing the Disable button performs the removal of publishing from the selected web server.

After completing the publication, it will be prompted to restart the web server in the following cases:
● The version "1C: Enterprises" has changed;
● The path to the web server extension module has changed;
● A new publication is performed for Apache web server;
● The publication is turned off.
When using anonymous authentication and file information database, when performing a publication, there is an inspection of access rights to the directory of the information base for the user, on the person of which anonymous access is performed. If the user does not have the necessary rights, a warning is issued on the impossibility of working with this information base through a web server. It is recommended or given the right to the directory with the information base, or select the Use Operating System Authentication check box on the web server.
If the publication from the configurator is not available (for example, when using the 64-bit Windows), the publication can be performed using
WebInst command line utilities, which is available in Windows and Linux in both discharges. Next will be described in detail the publication dialogue and
Command line keys Webinst utility.

3.2. Dialogue Publishing

The publication dialog is used to create a publishing or preparation of a template file to publish using the WebInst utility (using the -Descriptor command line parameter).
All parameters that can be edited when creating publication are placed on two bookmarks. Consider them in more detail.

3.2.1. Dialog buttons

Publish button Performs publishing on a web server. When publishing, the catalog is created on the disk and configure the specified web server to work with "1C: Enterprise". It should be remembered that the publishing on the IIS web server is always executed for Default Web Site and for DefaultApproL applications.
Under the Linux OS, the following actions are performed:
● For a directory in which the Default.VRD file is located, a group of the user is installed as a group-owner, on behalf of which a web server works;
● For the Default.VRD file, read access to the group, including the user, on behalf of which a web server is running.
In the case of publication of the file information base, a user group is set to the directory with the information base file as a group of the owner, on behalf of which a web server works, as well as the inheritance of the owner's group to ensure work with the information base.

Fig. 2. Publication on a web server

Disable button executes the application from a web server and publish directory if necessary.
The Save button performs saving the parameters specified in the publication dialog on the web server to the file. When saving the system requests the name and location of the file to which saving will be performed. Saving will be executed in the format of the default.vrd file. With this command, you can create template files that will be used as the -Descriptor parameter Webinst utility. As the values \u200b\u200bof the IB and Base attributes of the Point element, the parameters of the information base will be recorded from which the file is saved.
Download button Allows you to download an arbitrary default.vrd file. When loading, the IB and BASE attributes of the Point element of the downloaded file are ignored.
Close Dialog Closing button.
The Help button opens the window with reference information About the publication dialogue.

The table includes all independent dividers existing in the configuration or uploaded file. The first column (no name) determines the need to create a Zone element for the selected separator. It should be remembered that the mapping of the element is not performed by the name of the separator, but by its sequence location in the list. If the first separator is turned off, it makes sense to disable and all the others, since the parameters of the Zones element will be applied to other separators.
The name column contains the name of the separator as it is specified in the properties of the total details. The checkbox in the following column determines whether the separator value will be set in the ZONE element or not. If the checkbox is set, then the value of the value from the VALUE attribute will be used.
Flags in the speakers Specify and secure are responsible for the SAFE and SPECIFY attributes (respectively) of the Default.VRD zone file.
Parameter The background tasks in the file version describes the ability to use background tasks in the file version of the information base (AlowExecuteSchedUledJobs attribute root element Point).
