The procedure for adding users to a new 1c configuration. Adding a user to the information base. Adding a user via a configurator

Before each novice administrator of information bases 1C, the question is sooner or later: as in 1C Add user. And if in the 7 version of the program, the answer to this question could be given unequivocally: through the configurator, then in the eight, depending on the program version, the methods of adding a user can vary significantly.

For what you need to distinction by users

Each user of the information base has a set of specific rights and roles. To limit access to specific configuration objects and eliminate conflict situations associated with incorrect input and information correction and there is a list of users.

In addition, the list of users allows you to:

  1. Adjust the program interface, eliminating from visual display those elements, which are not needed;
  2. Fix changes in the database in the context of this list.

The main rule when editing this list: the user with full (administrative) rights should always be added first.

Adding a user via a configurator

In fact, from the point of view of the programmer, main list Users are stored in the configurator. It is possible to open it that goes in the Administration menu-\u003e Users (Fig. 1)

The table will be visible two columns "Name" and the "full name" of the user. Actions with an existing user (restriction and adding rights, change password, etc.) You can perform by activating the string double-clicking.

To add a new user, you must press the icon on the table command panel or the INSERT (INS) button on the keyboard, as a result, the dialog box opens (Fig.2)

Fig. 2.

Briefly on the form elements on the "Basic" tab:

  • Name - contains text informationwhich will be displayed in the user selection list when logging in, the name of the current user can be read in the program modules code using the username method ();
  • The full name - can coincide with the name of the user, most often the full name of the employee is recorded here.
  1. Internal means of the program, for which you need to set a user password;
  2. Means operating system;
  3. Using OpenID.

The check mark "Show in the selection list", installed in the "Authentication of the 1C Enterprise" submenu indicates that the user will be displayed in the list caused when the system is started. If it is not installed, then it will have to enter your name to enter this user (as it is set in the configurator) using the keyboard to the corresponding window.

Fig. 3.

On the "Other" tab (Fig. 3) only four elements:

  • Available roles (establishing certain ticks, you can significantly limit or increase the ability to change information);
  • The main interface (you can adjust the visual display of the system);
  • Language (main language program);
  • Run mode (managed or regular application).

Adding a user in 1c mode

Starting from the platform 8.2, adding new users has become available in the 1C enterprise mode. To do this, the corresponding reference book "Users" was added to the database.

In the thin client mode, access to it can be obtained by going to the "Administration" tab (Fig.4) -\u003e User Settings and Rights-\u003e Users

Fig. four

In the form that opens to create a new user, you must click the "Create" button. Window appears (Fig.5)

Fig. five

As you can see, part of the elements of this window coincides with the window of creating a new employee in the configurator. Significant differences of this method of adding:

  • The user can compare a specific individual from the relevant reference book;
  • By installing the checkbox "To install a password when entering", you can additionally protect the database from unauthorized access (the protection mechanism is as follows: the administrator adding a new element sets simple password and informs it to the user, when the system is first logged in the system, this password is entered, and when the system starts the system, the requesting new identification data occurs, so no one except the user can log in to the system);
  • Specific permits for the access of a particular user are issued not to turning on and off its roles, but adding it to certain access groups where you can get by activating the appropriate link on the form.

The defining set of rights profile is stored in the "User Group" directory, change and add profile in the "Profiles of User Group Profiles" directory. Thus, the administrator does not have the need for control over each specific user, the change in access parameters is carried out for the entire group as a whole.

In the usual application mode, "Users" reference books can be found in the operation menu-\u003e References (Fig. 6)

Fig. 6.

In principle, the window of adding a new performer in this mode differs little from the above and re-describe each item is not necessary.

We would like to pay attention to the "Additional Information" menu (Fig.7)

Fig. 7.

It contains 4 points:

  1. User Settings;
  2. Contact Information;
  3. Access groups;
  4. Additional rights (not available when the user has a profile).

The first menu item allows you to automate some of the artist actions: Configure the autoforming of document details, mapping calendars and events, prefixes, etc.

As shown by the experience of using the 1C system, the "Advanced Rights" menu is most often required to enable editing. printed Forms documents. It is here that the corresponding tick is located.

The user created in the program will automatically be added to the list in the configurator. Feedback There are no new versions of the program that it is extremely uncomfortable and unusual for administrators working in the old manner.

Creating a user. Setting up user roles

Fill a list of users of the information base. To do this, let's go to the menu item "Service - user management and access - a list of users." Add a new user by the Add button.

Fill a brief name. Choose an employee from the list. Let us turn to the "Settings" tab, fill the "Main Organization" field and note the checkboxes if you need certain settings. Next, we need to click on the "Editing User Settings" button on top of the window.

The program will offer us to record an item, will reply affirmatively. Next, the program will propose to automatically create a database user, agreed. We will open the user settings editing window.

Set the password by filling out the 1C: Enterprise Authentication block field. Below we can choose the main database user interface. On the right we need to set the roles of the user. For a fine customization setting of a certain user, we can mark the roles that will be available to it. If a thin tuning I do not need, you can note "full rights". Save our user by the "OK" button. Now, when entering the system, the program will request to select a user.

By default, when creating a base on the cloud from the template, you must select the user to enter the program. Administrator, with empty passwords.
Use accounting This account for everyday work is not recommended.
To delimit access rights and improve the level of security, it is recommended to create accounts for users and specify certain permissions to work with the database.

Creating users for database 1C 8.2

To create a list of users, open the database Configurator.

Go to the "Administration / Users" menu. To manage the list of users, you need to have full rights in the database.

Click the "Add" button.

In the window that opens, fill in the fields:

flag Authentication 1C: Enterprises - Allows you to set a password under which the user will enter this database.
flag Shift - Allows you to hide or show the user in the startup window. If the user is hidden in the selection list, then you can enter your data and password directly.

flag Operating system authentication Allows you to associate an account for 42 clouds with accounting in database 1c.
When installing this option, you will need to select from the list your login on site 42 clouds (Tip: Start enter your login to search by list).

On the "Other" tab, you must specify the roles of the roles they can perform in the database.
List of roles depends on user duties.
Note! To start the base on the cloud, place the Flags "Start Tolstick Client" and "Running Slim Client".

After specifying the necessary settings, click OK. Now the user created can work in the database.

Creating users for databases 1C 8.3

Creating new users in configurations such as Trade Management 11.1, the company's accounting (Edition 3.0) occurs in the database mode, users' reference books. The configurator created users will fall automatically after creation.

Go to the "Administration / Users and Right / Users" menu. Click the Add button. To manage the list of users, you need to have full rights in the database.

Enter a name, give permission to access the database (Check box) and select the authorization method (or input login and password, or input to 1C under a domain account). Fields Individual"" Division "is optional, used for analytics.

To work with the database, you need to add the user to the user in the section: "Access Rights". A group set can be changed and edited in the User Group Profiles directory.

Turning off access to the database

To disable the 1C user database access, it is enough to remove the "Access to the information database" flag or change the password.
When setting up the user via the configurator (for database 1C 8.2), it is enough to delete the user from the list.

Creating users for database 1C 8.3 (Taxi Interface)

To configure the access rights, go to the database in 1C mode, on behalf of the administrator and go to the User Settings and Right / Access Group Profiles section, click Create a group.

Enter the name of the group and check the roles available to users of this group. Example group that will allow users to use external processing Includes the following roles:

  • Interactive opening of external reports and treatments
  • Using additional reports and treatments

Click Record and Close

Return to the menu Usersand select from the list of employees, click Access rights. In the list of profiles, mark the earlier profile. Click Write.

- Vasya, from today you will start users!
- But I am a programmer, not a sysadmin?!
- Sistamins do not know 1c, so you will start users!
- AAAAA !!!

A programmer is a person who writes programs for a computer. However, the management of the list of users in 1s is usually charged to the one who is associated with 1C, namely - 1C programst.

In principle, some programmers are not against, as this gives them some "privileges".

Nevertheless, the list of users in 1C is little different from user lists in other programs. Therefore, the new user or disable the existing one is simpler.

1s users

So, in 1C there is your own list of users. Using it adjusts access to the 1C database. When entering the 1C database asked to select the user from this list and enter the password.

There are options at which 1C does not ask the username to enter. However, this does not mean anything . Just in this case, the user from the list is mapped to a Windows / domain user and is determined automatically. how

The only option when 1C really does not request the user - when creating a new (empty) database. In this case, the list of users 1s is empty. Until the first user - 1C will be added automatically. A similar system is used in Windows if you have one user without a password.

1C users differ from each other:

  • Access rights
  • Interface (availability in the menu items).

As such a "superuser" or "group of administrators" - does not exist. The administrator is considered the user who includes all rights in configuration and administration rights. In a blank database (when the list of users is still empty) - just such a user must be added.

Two list of users 1c

In fact, in 1C two list of users. One of them (List of users 1C) - from the point of view of the programmer "Real". It is in the configurator. It is 1C that defines the user.

This is an approach of old typical configurations (for example, Trade Management 10, Accounting 1.6, etc.) - users are edited in this list, and the users directory fall automatically at the first input.

The second (users Versions 1C 8.2, "not real") is user handbook (and Handbook External users, as in UT 11). The directory was before, however, the approach of new typical configurations is that users are set in it, and in the "real" list fall automatically.

The main boat of this approach is that those who do not like to work so much and want to do it - cannot do it, since at the institution, certain fields are filled, and if you start the user with the handles in the list, then they are no longer picked up in the directory automatically.

How to add a user to the list of users 1c

So, the list of users 1C is in the configurator. and open Administrative / Users menu.

To add a user - you must click the Add button (or ins from the keyboard). If the list is now empty, then the first user must be with administrative rights (see below).

  • Name - username (which it will choose when entering 1C)
  • Full name - Reference Name, it does not appear nowhere
  • Password
  • Shift
    o If the tick is worth, the user will be in the selection list at the entrance to 1C
    o If the checkbox is not worth it, then the user in the selection list will not (that is, it is impossible to choose), but you can enter his name from the keyboard and enter
  • Authentication of the operating system - can be associated with a Windows / domain user and this user will not need to enter the password (will go automatically).

On the Other tab, the rights and basic user settings are selected.

  • The main interface is a menu that will be available to the user (used only in the Tolstaya Client)
  • Russian language
  • [Basic] Run mode - a thick or thin client, using this parameter you can enter the configuration of the thin client - thick and vice versa
  • Available roles (user rights).

User rights in configurations are usually divided into blocks ("Roles"). In the approach of old configurations, they were divided by user positions (cashier, manager, etc.). This approach has a minus - as in different organizations, the cashier and the manager may have different functions.

Therefore, in the approach of new configurations, they are divided by actions (access to the burpse of the month, access to cash transactions). That is, for each user a set of operations is set.

In both cases, there are basic access to access to the program. In the old approach, this is:

  • User
  • Full expansion (for administrator).

In a new approach, this is:

  • Basic Frame
  • Basic PRAW
  • RunThogoclita - plus startschklient to launch other
  • Subsystems - a tick for each subsystem (interface tab), which is needed by the user
  • Full response (for the administrator, not administration!).

PS. For external users, basic rights are not needed.

How to add a user 1C - Users 1C 8.2

List of users 1C 8.2 in the new version is 1C (in 1C Enterprise mode), users and external users (only if configuration supports). The difference is that users you must start not in the configurator, but in this directory, and in the configurator they will fall automatically.

If you use a thin client, then watch the tab of the Desktop Administration. Otherwise, open the user's handbook, for example, through the operation menu.

Click the Add button (or Ins from the keyboard). So that you can manage the list of users, you must have a full battle right.

Unlike the first approach, here you do not specify the user directly every right (role), but specify the rights groups (user groups).

In the user group directory specified a profile that defines the set of rights (roles). In the User Group Profiles directory, you can change or add such rights (roles).

User settings 1C.

In some configurations (especially in the configurations of the old approach) - a little creating a user. Additionally, it is necessary:

  • Go to the user for the first time in the system
  • After that find the user in the user directory
  • In the form of a reference book (options "or")
    o Menu Go / User Settings
    o Menu Additional Information / User Settings and Additional User Rights
    o Some configurations are the nameplate right in the user form
    o In some configurations, the Global Menu of the User Service / User Settings
  • Configure Advanced / User Rights, which determine the autofill fields and some access.

How to disable the user 1c

[Temporary] Disable the user in most configurations is not provided. Here are variations with which this result can be achieved.

Configuration of an old approach (through a configurator):

  • Delete the user
  • Change password
  • Remove the role of the user (will not be able to enter).

Configurations of the new approach (through the enterprise):

  • Remove checkbox access to inf. The database is resolved
  • Change password
  • Exclude from all access groups.

Active users 1C.

1C allows you to find out the list of users who are directly now in the database.

To do this, in the Enterprise mode, select Tools / Active Users menu (Thick Client, Administrative Interface). In the thin client - the Administration tab, on the left of the active users (maybe see also).

In Configurator mode, select Administration / Active Users menu.

Disable users 1s

As you know, to update the database (configuration) - it is necessary that all users come out of 1C (not in all cases, but often required).

Users out do not like (this is a fact). And if they are asked them by phone, they will definitely come back in 30 seconds. When users are 200 people, it becomes a very fun event.

Therefore, there are three ways to disable users from 1C:

The process of adding a user in 1C: An accounting company for Ukraine (for example) starts with the launch of the program in the configurator mode. By running the program and logged on, perform simple actions. On the control panel at the top of the 1C interface, select the Users button.

In the "Users" window that opens, there is a list of users 1C and the means of editing are also available here. Press the "New Element" button or key on the INSERT keyboard.

A dialog for adding a new user opens. We assign the user

- Full name: In this field, it is desirable to specify the name, name and patronymic of the added user to avoid confusion in the subsequent.;

- Work directory: Directory in which service will be stored and, perhaps, personal user files. We recommend that you have such a directory in the catalog with the basic information base, but this is not critical.;

- Rights: Select Reads to read and edit data in 1C. The rights must be organized in advance in the configuration window on the Rights tab;

- Interface: Select an interface for a new user. In the interface, you can apply restrictions on the panel and menus on the user accessible visual shell 1c. Interfaces must be organized in advance in the Configuration window on the "Interfaces tab";

Press the "OK" key.

By default, the user is formed as empty. To change the password you need to press right key On the user and choose "Change". Enter and confirm the recruitment of the characters for the password.

Confirm the saving list of users when exit.

On this, creating a new user in 1C: the 7.7 has been completed.

Let us turn to the creation of a new user in 1C: Enterprise 8.2

So, as 1C programs: Enterprise 7.7 and 1C: Enterprise 8.2 are similar to functional purpose and issued by one organization, it is easy to assume that the process of creating a new user in 8.2 will be similar to the current in 7.7.

We launch the 1C configurator: Enterprise 8.2. After opening the main interface, select the "Administration" button in the main menu and the menu item "Users"

Press the "+" button or the INSERT key. In the window that opens, fill necessary parameters new user

Fill the data on the first bookmark:

- Name: an arbitrary name that will be displayed in the 1C authorization window: Enterprise;

- Full name: In this field, specify the name, name and patronymic of the added user;

- password and password confirmation: code set of characters, appointment is obvious;

- The user is forbidden to change the password: you can specify if you do not give the right to the user to change the password;

The second bookmark "Others". It is necessarily or very desirable to fill out "available roles" (you can choose several roles if necessary), "primary interface" and "language";

The remaining parameters on both tabs, if you do not imagine what this is speechYou should not fill them.

After clicking on the "OK" button there will be a new user with the specified full-swaps and parameters.

On this, creating a new user in 1C programs: Enterprise 7.7 and / or 1C: Enterprise 8.2 Completed.
