What is hot spot?

Translated from the English word means hot spot. In fact, this place where with a smartphone, or laptop can be released. To do this, in the device, it is possible to initially be a radio access device using Wi-Fi protocol.

The simplest is a router or a home access point that is connected to the Internet. Surely most have already successfully use this technology and made sure that it is simply relatively inexpensive. But it will not work in any way, and the connection speed will depend on the channel load.


The initial level involves the placement of access points and the use of special software, as well as the choice of a suitable controller. This is also not too expensive, allows you to monitor, make changes to work, but complicated. In addition, a separate constantly working computer from Linux is required.

As an alternative to this solution, the use of a hardware controller is applied. It is easier, you can use one PC and organize everything for specific needs. But a person must understand the system, to understand what the load will be, and choose the appropriate equipment. Want more than standard functions? Today, however, some sites offer to use their controller, which is more convenient, on the one hand. On the other, much more expensive and does not allow you to configure everything as you need.

Corporate, as easy to guess, usually need large organizations. These are restaurants, hotels and other institutions.
