30. Basic information about aircraft radio equipment

Radio equipment installed on the plane guarantees flight safety and is intended to solve the following tasks:

providing the crew of the in-law telephone connection, as well as radio communications with aircraft in the air and ground air traffic control points;

identifying the navigation elements of flight and orientation in complex meteorological conditions, regardless of the time of day and the visibility of the Earth;

ensuring the calculation of the navigation and commissioning of landing;

providing crew information on thunderstorm activities, counter-airplanes and obstacles on the flight route.

The radio equipment of the aircraft according to its purpose and the principle of action is divided into radio communications, radionavigation and radar.

The radio communication equipment includes an airborne negotiation device SPU-7, the aircraft loud-speaking device of SSU-15, a short-wave radio station P-836, a medium-wave transmitter, two ultra-thorough-wave radio stations R-802.

The short-wave radio station P-836 as part of the R-836 transmitter and the HS-8 receiver is not installed on all AN-24 aircraft. The medium-voltage transmitter is installed on airplanes that fly in high latitudes. With its availability, it, together with the Mentioned Command of the US-8, having a medium-random frequency range, forms a second-rack receiving-transmitting radio station.

The radio navigation equipment includes a radio componence of the RV-mind, two Radiocompass ARK-P and the aircraft equipment of the SP-50M landing system (CBP-FM coucer radio operator, a Glisady radio receiver GPP-2M and a marker radio receiver MRP-56P).

On the aircraft of the first issues, instead of the RV-MID radio component and Radiocompasis of ARK-11, a RV-2 radio voiceometer was installed respectively with the CVR alarm prefix and the ARK-5 radio compartments with the electrodistant control system (EDU).

Radar equipment includes RPSN-2 radar stations or RPSP-3. To increase their operational reliability, vital objects of radio equipment are duplicated. For this purpose, two sets of team ultrasonic radio stations of R-802 and radio compasses are installed, and on some aircraft - two amplifiers of the aircraft negotiation device.

Control panels, indicator devices of radio equipment systems are installed in the crew cabin in places providing the crew ease of work with this equipment.

The antenna devices of most radio equipment are made in the form of an antennas of a closed type and do not create aerodynamic resistance.

The exception is an antennas of short-wave and medium-wave radio stations, as well as radio suitomer.

Power supply of most radio devices is carried out by electricity of constant and alternating single-phase currents from the onboard network. The radar station also feeds from the onboard network of the three-phase current, radio versioner - only from a single-phase current network, the device SPU-7 and SSU-15 - only on the DC network.

The protection of radio equipment supply circuits is carried out by onboard protection machines and fuses of the joint venture, which are installed accordingly on the gas station shield, a radar dashboard and on the AC panel. In addition, there are fuses in some blocks of radio equipment.

31. Subscriber headset and airless negotiation device SPU-7
Subscriber headsetprovides an in-and-half telephone connection, leading through SPU-7, as well as external radiotelephone communication through the radio station installed on the aircraft.

The AG-2 subscriber headset includes a DAMSH-1A microphone with a microphone amplifier and a set of two TA-56M phones.

The microphone amplifier is assembled on semiconductor triodiodes and enhances the voltage of the audio frequencies created by the microphone. The amplifier feeds on the radio equipment through which communication is conducted.

The headset is connected to the SPU subscriber unit by means of a cord (electrical storage) and a four-hour semi-disconnection.

Appointment, composition and principle of SPU-7. The SPU-7 aircraft negotiation device is intended for maintaining an in-mass telephone connection between the crew members and connect their headsets to the radio station installed on the plane.

With the help of SPU-7 crew members can be carried out:

bilateral telephone communication;

running radio stations and bilateral communication through these stations; listening to radio compasses;

listening to the sound signal to achieve a given height of the reduction entering the phones from the radio personnel at any provisions of the SPU controls;

listening to the reduced volume of external communication when working on an internal connection;

listening to the low volume of the internal communication when working on an external connection;

smooth volume control in phones on internal and external communication networks;

maintaining communication using a remote cable when servicing the aircraft on Earth with a subscriber outside the aircraft.

On an airplane, SPU-7 includes: one or two amplifiers; three or four subscriber apparatus;

"Radio" buttons and "SPU" buttons - one with each subscriber unit;

two connecting shoes.

SPU amplifier is used to increase the voltage of low (sound) frequencies coming from microphone headset amplifiers when transferring transmission subscribers through the intra-and-half communication network. It is assembled on semiconductor triggers. One or two amplifiers are installed on the shelf radio equipment at the Spanmost number 7. The following controls and adjustments are placed on the SPU-7 subscriber unit (Fig. 25):

switch to two positions "SPU-Radio" to turn on the subscriber's headset to the network of internal or external communication;

radio switch (gallery) for six positions for connecting a subscriber headset to radio stations installed on an airplane and radio compasses;

the rob in the "Total to adjust the listeness volume of the bond to which the" SPU-Radio "switch is set;

pen of the row "Run." To adjust the volume of listening to the communication on which the "SPAPER" switch is installed, i.e. the links listened with reduced volume;

the "CIRCULAR" button ("Circular Call"), which provides on the internal communication network, transferring transmission listened by all subscribers with full volume;

the switch "Network 1-2" whose position on the aircraft does not matter.

When the "SPA-Radio" switch is in the "SPU" position, the subscriber's phone numbers are connected to the output of the SPU amplifier, therefore the bondable on the intra-flight network is listened to the subscriber with an increased volume adjustable with the "total" knob. At the same time, the subscriber's telephones through the subscriber's transformer are connected to the receiver output to which the radio switcher is installed, as a result of which this receiver is listened to a reduced volume, which is adjusted using the "Listening" knob. Include the station transmitter, i.e. to keep a radio program, the subscriber cannot.

When installing the "SPA-Radio" switch to the "Radio" position, the subscriber's telephones are connected to the receiver output to which the radio switcher is set, and through the transformer- to the output of the SPU amplifier. As a result, in the phones, the receiver is listened to the full, and the connection of the internal network - with a reduced volume (provided that the transmission on the internal network is not carried out using the "Col" button). The volume of the signals of the receiver and internal communication is adjusted according to the handles "total" and "listening". At the same time, the circuits of incorporating the corresponding transmitter and connecting the subscriber microphone to it using the Radio button are prepared.

When you press the "Col" button, the subscriber's microphone is connected to the input of the SPU amplifier, and the phones of all subscribers are to the output of this amplifier and simultaneously through transformers to the receivers to which the radio communications radio switches are installed. All subscribers liste on the internal network transmission with full volume and cannot be radio broadcast. Thus, when a "Col" button is pressed at least one subscriber, for all subscribers it is equivalent to the fact that the "SPU-radio" switches of their subscriber vehicles are set to "SPU".

Subscriber devices are located one on the vertical panels of the left and right remotes and on the radio operator's dashboard. If there are four devices on the plane, one of them is installed at the workplace of the navigator.

The "Radio" button is designed to enable the transmitter to which the radio communication device switch is installed, and connecting to this subscriber microphone transmitter, provided that the "SPA-Radio" switch of the subscriber unit is set to the "Radio" position. When this switch is in the "SPU" position, the microphone when the button is triggering is connected to the bundle amplifier, i.e. with the help, the buttons can be transmitted via the intra-half communication network. This transmission will be brought to subscribers leading radio communication with reduced volume.

The "SPU" button is designed to quickly turn on the subscriber's headset into a network of in-law. When it is pressed, the same connections occur as during pressing the "Radio" button when the "SPU-Radio" switch is in the "SPU" position, but already regardless of the position of this switch. Thus, the transmission by the intra-half communication network can be kept using the "SPU", "COL" or "radio" buttons. In the latter case, you need to pre-install the "SPA Radio" switch to the "SPU" position.

To maintain radio communications, the "SPA-Radio" switch is set to the "Radio" position and transmit using the Radio button. The "Radio" buttons are mounted on one on the steering wheel and in the foot tangents under the tables of the radio operator and the navigator, and the "SPU" buttons on one on the steering wheel on the dashboard of the radio operator and near the subscriber apparatus of SPTurman.

Connecting pads are used for electrical connection of amplifiers and subscriber devices, as well as to connect SPU-7 to radio sets installed on an airplane. They are located on the ceiling of the crew cabin on the left, in the Spanmost number 7.

To connect a remote cable when communicating on Earth with a subscriber who is outside the aircraft, a four-hour semi-grid semicap is installed on the right side of the aircraft between the spangling flooring No. 1 and 2.

In order to ensure communication on SPU when servicing the equipment located in the tail of the leather compartment, the four-hour semicontalization is installed on the shelf radio equipment, designed to connect a subscriber headset.

SPU-7 power is carried out by electricity direct current from the emergency tire of a radar dashboard. The power circuit is protected by two AZS-2 "SPU", which are located on this dashboard, and on the airplanes of the last editions - on the upper shield of pilots. SPU-7 consumes current about 0.6 A.

Inclusion, pre-flight check, Using SPU-7. SPE-7 airless negotiation device must be enabled before starting the engines and turn off only after the flight. To enable it, you need to include AZR-6 "Emergency Tire Dashboard Dashboard" and AZS-2 "SPU".

To check the performance of SPU-7, the SPU - Radio switch on the subscriber unit is set to the "Radio" position and use the "SPU" button to establish a connection with another subscriber. Then you need to make sure that the volume of this connection is smoothly adjusted by the "Listening" knob. After that, you should install a two-way connection using the "Col" button and make sure that the signals of this connection are listened to the increased volume, which is adjusted using the "Total" knob. During the inspection of the intramonia connection, the radio switcher must be in a position that matches the radio receiver included. The signals of this receiver must listen to the proper volume in phones.

Checking the exit to external radio communication through SPU-7 and installed on the aircraft of the radio device is carried out simultaneously with the pre-flight test of these devices.

The positions of the radio switcher on the SPU-7 subscriber appliance correspond to the following aircraft radio devices:

"Ukr" - VHF radio station No. 1;

"Wed" is a medium-wave radio station;

"KR" - short-wave radio station;

"Dr" - VHF radio station number 2; .

RK-1 - Radio Compasses No. 1;

RK-2 - Radio Compasses No. 2.

By setting the SPU-Radio switch on the subscriber unit to the "Radio" position, check the inclusion of transmitting and listening to receiving devices.

Using the "General" knob, located on the SPU subscriber unit, is mainly adjusted by the volume of communication signals listened in phones with full volume. But from its position listened in phones with reduced volume. In this regard, before the flight, first the "General" handle, set the required volume of the connection, to which the "SPA Radio" switch is set, and then the "Listening" knob to adjust the level of communication signals listened to low volume.

Before the flight and in flight, the "Listening" knob is rotated to the extreme position against the time of the clockwise, since with this position of the reduced volume communication signals in the phones can not listen at all. In the future, this will lead to the fact that, if necessary, to establish an in-mass connection with. This subscriber will need to be called using the "Col" button, and other subscribers will not be able to transfer transmission over the external radio network at this time.

Subscribers who in the flight are radio communication, it is recommended to set the "SPA Radio" switch to the "Radio" position, and the insouporal connection is to maintain the "SPU" button. If the subscriber called by connection using the "SPU" button does not respond, you need to press the "Col" button and call it.

A subscriber who received a circular challenge must be a "listening" handle to increase the volume in the phones or set the "SPU-Radio" switch to the "SPU" position, after which it will be with a sufficient volume to listen to the transmission leading other subscribers over the intra-fly network using the "SPU buttons "

32. Airport loud-speaking device SSU-15
The aircraft loud-speaking device SSU-15 is designed to transfer messages to the passenger salon by pilots or flight attendant, conducting bilateral telephone communications by pilots and flight attendant, and also provides pilots listening to external and intrashane signals using loudspeakers.

The composition and accommodation on the aircraft of the aggregates of the aircraft loud-speaking device SSU-15 are as follows:

a amplifier U-15 - under the floor of the crew cabin on the left between the splits No. 5-7;

two amplifiers U-2 - in the cockpit of the carriage on the shelf radio equipment in the spline number 7;

two pilots shield - one on the vertical panel of the left remote control and one - on the cabin lantern on the right, near the top shield;

three Damsh type microphones with microphone amplifiers and buttons - one on the consoles of pilots and one - in the workplace of the flight attendant;

15 speakers - one on the right and on the left of the crew cockpit and 13 - on the panels on the right and left side of the passenger compartment;

eight matching transformers - near loudspeakers;

logbook shield and TAI-43 type microphone tube - in the workplace of the flight attendant.

W. the construction of SSU-15 is powered by the main bus on-board DC network and consumes current of no more than 2 A. The circuit of its power supply is protected by AZS-5 "SSU", which is installed on the gas station shield and simultaneously serves as a switch. Before communicating through with GU-15, it is necessary to include its power supply.

On the pilot's shield (Fig. 26) there are "Dean" handle To adjust the volume of signals listened through the loudspeaker, and the switch to three positions: "Pass", "SPU" and "BP". In order to ensure high-quality transmission when using the SSU microphone, it should be placed at a distance of 1-2-cm from the angle of the mouth and rotated at an angle of 20-30 ° relative to the person speaking.

For conducting a pilot of external radio communications through SSU-15, it is necessary:

on the SPU-7 subscriber unit, connect to the desired radio device;

on the pilot shield, set the switch to the "SPU" position.

Transmission can be conducted through the headset microphone by pressing the "Radio" button, or through the microphone of the SSU-15 set by pressing the button on it.

Communication is auditioned through phones and loudspeakers. The volume in the phones can be adjusted from the SPU subscriber unit, in the loudspeaker - the "Dean" handle From the pilot's shield. If the "SPA Radio" switch on the SPU subscriber apparatus to be set to the "SPU" position, then it is possible to communicate through the intramonular network.

To warn passengers by a pilot, you need a switch on the pilot panel to set to "Pass." and drive through the microphone of the SSU. At the same time, through the loudspeaker, it is listened to the reduced volume of both this transmission and the connection, which is key to intra-half and external networks. At the same time, through the headset phones, the connection is listened to as usual when it is conducted via SPU.

When at least one pilot switch on the "Pass" position, the flight attendant turns off from the network notification of passengers.

To maintain a bilateral connection of the pilot with a flight attendant:

switch "Network 1-2" on the SPU subscriber apparatus to "Network 1" position; Switch on the shield of the pilot SSU set to the "BP" position;

call a flight attendant by pressing the lamp buttons to call it; Transfer through the SSU microphone.

In the case of a pilot of the pilot by the flight attendant (the "Festival" light on the right remote control lights) the pilot communicates with it similarly.

If the switches on the panels of the SSU of both pilots are in the "BP" position and radio switches on all SPU subscriber vehicles are set to the same position, then a pilot is a flight attendant on the network. To adjust the adjustment, you must at least install the radio communication switch on the same SPU subscriber apparatus.

33. Radio receiving device US-8
Appointment, composition and main characteristics.The radiopherapy device of the US-8 is intended for receiving the hearing of radiotelephone and radio telegraph signals. The UC-8 device together with the R-836 transmitter forms a short-wave transceiver radio station.

Fig. 27. Us-8 receiver control panel:

1 - button shift button; 2 - knob "Setup"
The UC-8 radio receiver includes a receiver, two control panels, a remote control switch and power supply.

The receiver includes a super-energous radio and a major part of the remote control system. Control panels (Fig. 27) for the purpose of the system are similar and designed to remotely control the receiver.

The remote switch is a relay device and ensures the control of the receiver control to one or another remote.

The power supply includes a transformer and rectifier and is designed to convert the AC voltage 115 in the frequency of 400 Hz on-board network into constant and voltage variables required to power the receiver. The receiver, the power supply and the remote control switch are located in the crew cabin on the right between the splits No. 4-6.

The radio reception device of US-8 has medium-wave and short-wave ranges. The device is powered by the main tires of the on-board network of constant and alternating single-phase currents. The consumed constant current is not more than 6.5 A, the variable is about 1.2 A; The power circuits are protected: by DCO - AZS-2 "PRM Kb" installed on a gas station shield by variable current - SP-2 fuse located on the AC panel. In addition, each control panel is installed on a single fuse by 5 and by 2 A, which protect the receiver power circuit, respectively, on constant and variable current.

Principle of operation.The HS-8 receiver is designed to receive radiotelephone amplitude-modulated and radio telegraph

signals.

It is assembled according to a superhyterodynic scheme with one frequency conversion.

The receiver amplitude modulated signals performs the following main functions:

of all the received antenna signals allocates the signal of the frequency band to which it is configured;

enhances the dedicated voltage to the value, which is necessary for the normal operation of the detector;.

detects the reinforced voltage, i.e. it highlights the voltage of low (sound) frequencies;

enhances the voltage of sound frequencies to the value required for normal operation of the output device (in the simplest case - phones or loudspeaker).

Thus, the main features of the receiver are the selection of the useful signal and its gain.

To characterize the properties of the receiver, select the signal, on the frequency of which it is configured, use the concept of selectivity of the receiver. Selectivity is provided by oscillatory contours.

Increased oscillations in the receiver is carried out using amplifiers collected on electronic lamps or semiconductor trigs.

In order for the receiver to take the reception of small signals and, therefore, the connection over long distances, it should have a better selective and greater amplification. However, it is technically difficult to obtain good selectivity using contours configured for a relatively high frequency of the received signal, as well as ensure the desired gain of high-frequency voltage is technically difficult. In this regard, in most receivers, frequency conversion is carried out, i.e., the high frequency voltage of the received signal is transformed into a voltage of a lower, so-called intermediate frequency. In this case, the oscillation modulation is preserved, i.e., a useful signal is ultimately remained unchanged. The radio receiver in which the frequency conversion is applied is called superheterodyne.

Consider the purpose of the elements of the structural scheme of the HS-8 receiver (Fig. 28). The input circuit is a oscillatory circuit and provides

Fig. 28. Structural scheme of the HS-8 receiver
pre-selectivity, i.e., partially suppresses interference, highlighting a beneficial signal. A condenser variable container is connected to the antenna and the input chain. The magnitude of the capacitor capacitance varies with the pressing switch "antenna adjustment" installed on the control panel, and the electric motor, which is located in the receiver and rotates the condenser rotor. Depending on which direction the switch is pressed, the direction of rotation of the electric motor rotor changes, which provides an increase or decrease in the capacitance of the condenser. This is an adjustment of the receiver entry, which is necessary due to the fact that the antenna parameters depend on its length and frequency of the received signal.

Thus, when restructuring a receiver in frequency, its input should also be adjusted.

High frequency voltage amplifier (UHF) enhances the voltage of the received signal and at the same time its contours improve the selectivity of the receiver.

The heterodyne and the mixer are the frequency converter. Gometerodine is an autogenerator. The inlet of the mixer is received oscillations of the heterodyne and the received signal, as a result of which their difference in its output is obtained, i.e. the intermediate frequency.

An intermediate frequency voltage amplifier (UPUs) is designed to enhance this voltage. Its contours provide the basic selectivity of the receiver along the neighboring channel, i.e. selectivity relative to the interference, which is close to the received signal in frequency. The EPUs contours when tuning the receiver are not rebuilt, since the intermediate frequency remains unchanged. This is achieved by the fact that when setting up to the same value, the high frequency contours (input chain and UHF) and heterodyne are rebuilt, therefore the difference between their adjustment frequencies (intermediate frequency) does not change.

The signal detector highlights the audio frequency voltage that the intermediate frequency voltage is amplitically modulated. Low frequency amplifier (UNG) enhances the oscillations of sound frequencies that come from the detector, voltage and power. From the ONLC output through the receiver's remote and the SPU subscriber apparatus is fed to the phones.

The second heterodyne is designed to receive hearing ("sound") of telegraph tonal not modulated signals and is an autogenerator. Its difference and intermediate frequencies is equal to low (sound) frequency. When the second heterodyne is turned on, its voltage is fed to the signal detector input, which also arrives (during receiving the parcel - "points" or "dash") the intermediate frequency voltage. As a result of the addition of two stresses, fluctuations are obtained, the amplitude of which changes with the difference frequency of folded oscillations, i.e. with sound frequency. The detector highlights this sound frequency voltage and after the amplification it is fed to the phones. Thus, the sound of sound frequency is listened to the phones only during the reception of the correspondent signal.

The automatic amplification adjustment system (ARU) is designed to maintain almost unchanged voltage at the output of the receiver (volume in phones), regardless of the value of the received signal. The principle of action ARU is that it automatically changes the gain received by the receiver (UHF and UPH), depending on the value of this signal at the OEX output and, therefore, at the receiver input. If, for example, the received signal will increase, the voltage at the exit of the EPUC (at the inlet ARU) will be greater than the specified level. As a result, the ARU will reduce the increase in the voltage of the AHF and the UPF cascades, so the voltage at the OEX output will be almost equal to its set value. With a decrease in the received signal, the process will occur inversely described.

The ARU system changes the voltage enhanced by Cascades of UHF and UPU by changing the bias voltage on the control grids of these cascades. ARU is used in the HS-8 receiver with a delay. Such an ARU turns on automatically and. Shares only when the voltage at the EPUC output (signal at the receiver input) exceeds the specified level.

The presence of ARU eliminates the need to manually adjust the volume in phones, which would change when removing from the transmitter or approximation to it, and also reduces volume fluctuations in phones due to the attenuation of radio waves occurring under certain conditions for the distribution of these waves.

The receiver provides the ability to switch to work with manual gain adjustment (without ARU), which is necessary due to the fact that its setting to the desired frequency is carried out at the maximum output, i.e. at maximum volume in phones. If the ARU is turned on during the configuration, then with small contourstems it supports the voltage at the receiver output unchanged largest, and the volume in the phones will not change. Only with a significant contour disposal when they reduce the useful signal to the turning off (delay) of the ARU, the volume in the phones will decrease. Thus, the accuracy of the receiver setting when the ARU is turned on will be bad, so it needs to be configured in the mode with manual adjustment of the amplification ("without Aru"). However, in the presence of attenuation of radio waves (sharp volume changes in phones), the receiver is recommended to be configured in "with ARU" mode.

The electrodistant control system (EDA) provides a complete remote control of the receiver from the control panel.

Setup and control. The receiver controls are located on its control panel (see Fig. 27). The operating mode switch has five positions:

"Off" - to turn off the receiver;

"TLF with ARU" and "TLF without ARU" - to enable the mode of receiving radiotelephone and radio telegraphed tonally modulated signals with automatic ("with ARU") or manual ("without ARU)) adjusting them to the receiver;

"TLG with ARU" and "TLG without ARU" - to work in the mode of receiving radio-storey tonal not modulated signals with automatic or manual adjustment of their gain; With these position positions, the second heterodyne receiver is turned on.

Pen "Per. Tone "(" Tone Adjustment ") serves to change the frequency of the second heterodyne, which leads to a change in the height of the tone in the phones. This is a potentiometer handle that is included in the system, which is called a reactive lamp and allows you to change the frequency of the heterodyne.

Handle "RG" and "RU" ("Volume Adjustment and Adjustment") strengthened on the total axis of the rheostat and the potentiometer. In the "With ARU" mode, the retake is turned on sequentially with the phones and this makes it possible to adjust the volume in the phones. In "Without Aru" mode, a potentiometer is turned on, with which the receiver gain is adjusted, which also leads to a change in volume in phones.

Press switch "Constrator ANT. " ("Antenna Adjustment") serves to control the motor entry adjustment electric motor.

Switch "Uzk.-Shir." Designed to include a narrow or wide bandwidth of the receiver. When it is "narrow" In one of the contours of the UGHCH, a quartz frequency filter turns on. The narrow strip is included to protect against interference and only when receiving radio telegraph signals (the radiotelephone signal compared to the radio telegraphic occupies a wider frequency band, so when the narrow strip is enabled, it practically does not occur through the receiver).

Button "Patch. remote controller." Used to switch the receiver control to one or other remote. The subband switch has five positions. The frequency subbands of the receiver switches remotely by switching the contour inductors.

The "Setup" knob serves to smoothly restructure the receiver in frequency. Structurally, it combines two pens, one of which provides fast, and the other is slow, but more accurately setting the receiver. The angles of turning of the handles are transmitted to the rotor of the capacitors of the variable capacitance of the receiver using the sectoral system.

The receiver setting frequency is based on a scale that is available above the switching handle of the subbands.

Before configuring the receiver, you must enable AZS-2 "PRM Kb" on the gas station shield and connect to the receiver from the SPU subscriber apparatus, after which the controls on the remote control are set to its original position:

the mode switch is to the "TLF B ARU" or TLG B ARU depending on the type of operation of the received transmitter;

the "RG and RU" handle - to the extreme right position; Switch "narrow. - Shir. "- to the" Shir. "Position. If, after turning on the receiver, the frequency scale is not highlighted, you need to switch the control of the receiver to this remote, clicking the "Perekol" button. remote controller.".

To configure the receiver to a specified frequency: include the appropriate subband;

handle Quick Setup Set the approximate frequency on the scale, and then the knob of the slow rotation of the scale to clarify the frequency;

by turning the handle of slow configuration to the right or left to achieve the maximum volume of received signals in the phones;

in the case of receiving telegraph unlucky oscillations with a handle "Reg. Tone »Install the desired tone of signals in the phones;

switch "Constress Ant. ", Pushing it up or down, achieve maximum volume of received signals and least noise in phones.

To work the receiver, you must enable "without ARU" mode and the "RG and RU" handle set the desired volume of the signals in the phones.

If there are sharp changes in the volume of the correspondent signals (due to the attenuation of radio waves due to the characteristics of their distribution), the setting is recommended to be performed in the operating mode "with ARU".

After tuning the receiver (before the flight), it is followed by turning the PG and RU and PER knobs. Tone »Make sure the smoothness of the corresponding adjustments. If you have no interference with the radio, you need a switch "narrow. - Shir. " Set to "UZK.", after which the "Setup" knob to adjust the receiver to the maximum volume of received signals.

Include a narrow bandwidth bandwidth by the receiver is advisable when receiving radio telegraph signals. Its inclusion in the case of receiving a radiotelephone transmission leads, as a rule,

to the impossibility of receiving due to a decrease in the volume of signals in the phones (as a result of suppressing the components of the modulated signal components).

If the receiver refuses, you need to check the inclusion of AZS-2 PRM KB on the gas station shield and replace the SP-2 fuse with such a "alternating current panel. If it is impossible to work with one or both control panels, the fuses should be replaced accordingly on one or both. consoles.

SPU-7 negotiation device is intended for: for intravertelectful sanguage using AG-2 air chain, HSSH-A-18 or headset between all crew members; To exit pilots to external radio communication through two radio stations and two radio compasses; To listen to special-purpose signals from RI-65B speech messaging equipment; To listen to the tone sound signal "dangerous" height from the radio one-meter, regardless of the position of radio communication switches on subscriber vehicles; To record the MS-61, MS-61, information and commands coming along the radio communications lines and the inner side telephone communications of the helicopter via the subscriber device of the helicopter commander.

Placing a negotiation device at a helicopter:

A low-frequency amplifier is installed on a shelf for the seat of the second pilot on the 5n spark floor;

Subscriber films of pilots on the left and to the right of the gas station panels on the ceiling of the pilot cockpit;

Brief feature of the kit.

The main elements of the negotiation device are subscriber vehicles. They serve to connect microphones and headphones to various means of communication, as well as to switch the power supply circuits of radio transmitters.

The functional diagram of the negotiation device is shown in Fig. 3., shows the relationship of individual cascades and nodes, communication with other conjugated radio resources. In the functional diagram, individual blocks and cascades are indicated by rectangles, each of which has input and output shown by arrows. The switching equipment of the Intercom is located in the RCSPU distribution box.

The negotiation device is controlled by means of the handles and switches installed on the SPU-7 subscriber unit and the SPU-Radio-Radio button buttons of the type 2bp, when you click on the tire of which, before the first stage is triggered, the operation in the mode of intravertoletoles, and when you press The second stage is the operation in the "Radio" mode (external connection). Low frequency amplifier (UNG) is needed only to ensure an intravertal communication.

The helicopter uses one low frequency amplifier, so the "network" switches are not used on subscriber vehicles.

The "Col" button is used to transfer to all crew members with high volume.

The smooth control of the speech volume transmitted over the internal or external communication networks is carried out by the Volume Controller, and the level of listening to the internal communication network signals when working on the internal communication and internal communication network signals when working on an external communication network - the volume regulator "requested.". Therefore, the "Listening" knob cannot be installed in the leftmost position, since in this case the signal is not auditioned.

Fig.2 General view of the meeting point.

The "Call" button operation at the intercom is similar to the operation of the "COL" button on the subscriber device.

Additional points of the bornemaker (operator) allow us to conduct only an intravertal bond, exit to radio communication with additional intercoms is not provided.

With a subscriber apparatus of the operator on the left side of the cabin, not only intravertoletole negotiations are possible, but also listening to radio exchange via the team radio station "Baklan-20" (pos. UKR).

A sound signal "Dangerous height" from the radio suitomer comes to the headphones of all crew members regardless of the position of the switches on the subscriber vehicles.

Speech messages about emergency situations, as well as recording sound information on the tape recorder, is carried out through the subscriber device of the commander of the helicopter (left pilot).

3.1. Nutrition in the meeting device

SPU airborne negotiation device

The SPU-7 aircraft negotiation device is an onboard phone and is intended for implementation:

· Intraarsmate between the crew members in flight

· Output to external radio communications on team and connected radio stations

· Circulating call

· Listening to Radio Compasses.

· Allows you when working on an internal connection to maintain simultaneous listening with a reduced volume of external radio receivers.

An-2 installed on the An-2 aircraft Kit-7 includes:

· SPU amplifier-7,

· Three subscriber apparatus,

· Multi-milestone block,

· Five four-pin buttons K-4M (2- SPU, 2 - radio, 1- in the operator).

The amplifier is installed on a shock absorption under the floor of the pilot cockpit between the splits No. 4 and 5 on the left side.

Subscriber saws of pilots are located on the frame of the pilots cabins from the left and right side of the side. The subscriber apparatus of the borob operator is installed in the cargo cabin on the right side between the splits No. 12 and 13.

Each pilot subscriber apparatus is associated with two K-4M buttons installed on the copper. On the left handwheel, the Right Button SPU works in the internal communication system, the "radio" left button in the external communication system. On the right steering wheel, on the contrary: the right button is for external communication, left for internal. On the copper columns there are inscriptions of the purpose of the buttons. The operator's subscriber apparatus has only one button for internal communication placed next to it.

The amplifier is powered by an alternating current of the voltage 115 V, the frequency of 400 of the HTCOT centralized aircraft network. Nutrition of SPU equipment with a constant voltage current of 28.5 V is carried out from the onboard network of the aircraft.

Subscriber devices are served to connect phones and laryngophones to the subscriber to an amplifier, to a connected radio station, to the command VHF, to connect phones to the ARK-9 radio compasses.

On the An-2 aircraft, all three subscriber apparatus provide the possibility of conducting bilateral telephone calls on the intracellular communication network, and also allow any crew member to carry out a circular challenge to the voice of all other subscribers. Subscriber vehicles, in addition, provide the possibility of conducting double-sided external radio communications through a command and connected radio station and listen to signals from radio compasses. These same devices allow when working on an internal network simultaneously listening to a low volume receiver of the radio station to which the radio communication switch of this subscriber "apparatus is installed. The subscriber apparatus of the wirefielder of the wire from external radio communications is not established.

All subscriber devices are able to smoothly adjust the volume of the signal coming over the network both internal and external communication.

To operate a negotiation device on an internal connection, it is necessary to include on the central dashboard of the dashboard, the automatic protection of the network with the inscription SPU, as well as the working converter of the 500. The 1-Network 2 switch on the subscriber must always stand in the "Network 1" position, since the An-2 aircraft uses only this internal communication network. Switch "SPU-Radio" should be put in the SPU position. The volume of signals listened in the phones is adjustable using the volume knob "General". The knob of the volume controller "Listening" is adjustable. The level of the reduced volume signal coming from the receiving device of the radio station to which the radio communication type switch is installed on the subscriber unit. To run transmission, you must press the SPU button on the steering wheel (or near the board-operator shield).

For a circular call to the voice of any crew member, you need to press the color button on the subscriber unit. At the same time, the phones of the caller will be brought in the phones of all subscribers, regardless of the position of the togglers and switches on their subscriber vehicles.

When using subscriber vehicles for conducting external radio communications, the inclusion of the protection network of the SPU network and the 500 converter is not required. It is enough to switch the "SPA radio" toggle switch on the subscriber unit to the Radio position and put the radio switch to the position:

Ukr when working on a team radio station,

Cf. when working on a connected radio station,

RK-1. When working with Radiocompas, ARK-9,

Dr Plythe operation of an additional radio station (reserve VHF P / C). The volume of the listened signals in this case is adjusted using the "General" knob. If the SPU is running, then the volume simultaneously listened to the internal communication signal is adjusted, the manual "Listening" can turn on the transmitter transmitters of a command or connected radio station by pressing the "Radio" button on the steering wheel.
