Transfer link: How modern technologies help in the housing and communal services. Practical implementation of ASKUE based on radio technology "Streach Streach Telemetry

"Strege Telematics" was established in 2014. Her co-founders were made by Andrei Sinitin and Evgeny Ahmadishin. The company was engaged in the development of sensors and network solutions for the Internet under the "Strezhe" brand used in telemetry systems in the fields of housing and communal services, security, "smart" cities and agriculture.

In 2014, they managed to attract the attention of President Vladimir Putin. But in 2016, partners were divided into views and divided the business.

Evgeny Ahmadishin headed the project on the similar topic "Vavivo" and in 2017 was arrested. Andrei Sinitsin continued the development of solutions under the "Strezhe" brand within the framework of the company "Modern Radio Technology" (CPT). In 2018, he gave way to this business creators of the Platon system Igor Rothenberg and Alexander Schiepelov.

History

2018

New owners of the CPT - Igor Rotenberg and Igor Schipelov

In 2018, the company "Modern Radio Technology" (CPT) has changed the composition of the owners. According to the base "Kontur.Fokus", the company came out of its initial founder Andrei Sinitsin, who posted 80% of the company.

His share passed to two new co-founders: Igor Rothenberg businessmen and Andrei Schipelov. The first of October owns a share of 45%, the second - from June a share of 35%.

The share of another co-founder - Paul Stayuk, who was included in the company in 2017, remained unchanged and is 20%.

The management company of the CPT from October is "GLONASS-TM". Among her final owners are also present Igor Rothenberg and Igor Schipelov.

Andrei Sinitsin preferred not to comment on Tadviser shift owners of the company. Could not comment on it and to the CPT at the time of publishing the material. Secretary of the CRT refused to connect by telephone with PR-manager Pavel Heidearich.

The Minister of Digital Development, Communication and Mass Communications Konstantin Sospets in October in an interview with Tadviser told that it expects growth in demand for the Internet of things and led this direction as an example, speaking of possible areas of major business investments in the National Project "Digital Economics".

Rothenberg and Schipelov are partners in other businesses. For example, according to the charge charge for the use of roads "Plato". They are co-founders of the RT-Invest Transport Systems, serving the operator of Plato.

In 2017, partners were also bought at 45% of the Holding "National Telematic Systems" (NTS) created by the former Vice-President of Rostelecom Alexei Nashchkin.

Termination of the activities of "Vabiot"

According to the EGRUL, in April 2018, Vavivo LLC has ceased operations. At the same time, as of October 2018, the "telematic decisions" works works under this brand, where Yevgeny Ahmadyshin was also a general director.

Created by Ahmadishin in 2016 "Vavita" (Orthlzo "Telematic decisions") from September 2018, from September 2018, by 13%, the General Director of the Coalco Developer Group of Companies is owned by Alexander Kuznetsov, by 87% of the American company "Baba Integral Systems". On the COALCO website "Vavivo" is included among the key projects that the developer group is engaged.

In October 2018, by telephone, indicated on the "Vavivo" website, the company's employee said Tadviser that Ahmadishin did not work for a long time.

2017

Arrest Evgenia Ahmadishina

In November 2017, Evgeny Akhmadishin was arrested on the decree of the Moscow Basmann Court. The basis for the arrest was suspicion of fraud under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code, which provides for the responsibility for fraud committed by an organized group or in particularly large amounts.

The Basmann Court also arrested director for the development of ABSOLUT LLC Oleg Philippov, suspected of the embezzlement of funds allocated for maintenance and repair of the intellectual transport system of Moscow and the director of the capital GKU "Capital Repair Directorate" Alexander Shukürov, suspected of fraud. 2016

Creating a new company - "Vavivo"

In 2016, a new company was created as a result of the separation of "Streach Telematics" - LLC Vavivo. Evgeny Ahmadishin was appointed general director in it. The company began to engage in the "Strege of Telematics" similar to the development of LPWAN-solutions and the creation of the LPWAN network.

Bability not only develops the LPWAN network, but also produces the sensors themselves - for example, "smart" water meters connected to the wireless network and transmitting readings. Systems for housing and communal services inherited the experience of developing systems for controlling the roadfield created by "Streach telematics" in 2011.

Decision on the section "Streach-telematics"

In 2016, "Streach Telematics" was divided. The reason for this was the differences about the development strategy between the co-founders of the project Andrei Bakumenko and Yevgeny Ahmadishin, who owned 55% of the company in the amount, and its general director Andrei Sinitin.

2015

Resident status "Skolkovo"

The company "Streach Telematics" - Developer of solutions in the field of Machine to Machine and Internet of things based on LPWAN wireless technologies - has received the status of a resident of the Skolkovo Space and Telecommunication Technologies of the Skolkovo Foundation. The company is engaged in the development, implementation and support of systems for remote collecting data of telemetry in several industries: housing and communal services, transport, safety, agriculture.

Business development

In 2015, partners also started selling meters for electricity. The monthly sales of "Streach-Telematics" in 2016 was 2000-3000 water and electricity meters. Check management companies varies from 500 thousand rubles to several million per batch of meters. The customers then pay monthly for technical support and use of the personal account on the "Stregging Telematics" website, in which you can process the data obtained.

Regional dealers were helped to negotiate with the management companies, in 2016 there were about 25% of the "Strege-telematics" revenue. About 20% of revenue brought exports - integrators and manufacturers of counters resell the "Strege-Telematics" devices to managers in Europe, and Asia.

For four years, entrepreneurs have invested about 100 million rubles into business, including reinvested profits. After that, they began to master new spheres of LPWAN technology. For example, banking: several dozen modems were sold to a company specializing in security systems - for installation on ATMs in order to alerts about hacking. Retail networks It is important to track dozens of parameters in warehouses and in trading halls for climate control, electricity consumption, etc.

The founders of the "Strege of Telematics" calculated that Russian utilities generally require more than 400 million different counters. They calculated that the demand for new sensors will raise 209-FZ, according to which since July 2016, information for settlement payments should be provided only in electronic form.

We love the draft federal Act of GIS Housing and Public Assembly, because when reading it, it sincerely seems to us that he was written under us, "said Sinitine.

2014: Putin became interested in the project

During the conversation at the forum, Vladimir Putin asked Andrei Sinitina, after hearing a brief description of the project, "why is it necessary, if the counters already exist to account for resources? . This Sinitsin replied that in Russia there are extremely few municipal counters connected to remote monitoring systems. At best, electrical - on wires. Indications from the rest are removed manually, which in itself leaves an opportunity for an error and to provide approximate values. But the main thing is that many counters, for example, almost all water, are located inside the apartments, and the reading of these data is entirely on the conscience of citizens.

2013: Start Sales

Sales of water meters with LPWAN-modem started in the summer of 2013. The assembly of modems of Sinitsin and Ahmadishin ordered the Russian manufacturer, whose name did not reveal. Several months went to refine the design to obtain a transmission range to the base station at a distance of up to 40-50 km.

2010: Start of product development

The co-founder "Streach Telematics", which was engaged in selling solutions under the "Strezhe" brand to the CPT, - graduate of Evgeny Ahmadishin. He worked at KPMG and Deloitte, where he advised technological companies, as well as in the Mint Capital Venture Fund in the investment director. He occurred to him the idea of \u200b\u200bdistribution of sensors that track the movement of objects that produced a major European manufacturer, who had not yet established sales of its devices in Russia. Ahmadishin suggested that the sensors can be supplied to account for the number of cars on roads and parking lots.

Ahmadishin's partners called Andrei Sinitina, who met in Kpmg, - he at that time he worked in the investment company A1.

The European Company's sensors brought to Russia, according to Ahmadishin, did not meet expectations. In particular, he found a flaw in the method of transmitting data to import counters worked on the ZigBee protocol. Collecting familiar engineers in old connections in MFTI, the former investigator redo the sensor algorithms for working with the new LPWAN protocol.

One of the main technological partners Ahmadishin at that stage was a graduate of MFTI Yuri Birchenko. Later, he founded the NWAVE company engaged in the development of a cloud platform for intermad interaction and IoT devices, with which the sensors could exchange data and save the battery charge.

Ahmadishin and colleagues created their own LPWAN option. In 2012, partners issued experienced samples of meters with an LPWAN modem. The solution seemed to them perfect for the housing and communal services. As Sinitsin explained, 6-7% of annual GDP gives Housing and communal services in Russia, this is a huge industry and a huge automation field. Potential buyers are managers who want to remotely collect water consumption statistics and follow unauthorized interventions into the operation of the instruments.

LPWAN (LOW-POWER WIDE-AREA NETWORK) - a new approach to radio communications used for devices and large distributed telemetry wireless networks. His feature is low power consumption (Low-Power) and wide territorial coverage (Wide-Area).

As the telecommunications infrastructure is being generated for "gadgets", it became obvious that the ability of devices and devices to exchange information opens up numerous opportunities - from optimizing existing business processes before creating absolutely new economic models. This concept of development of telecommunications, known M2M or IoT. In Russia, known under the term "Internet of things". Compared to networks serving people, two indicators demanded a radical improvement - the cost of connection and energy efficiency.

In the past 20 years, many wireless standards and networks that meet the requirements of the constantly growing volume of data transmission between people are GSM, GPRS, 3G, LTE, Wi-Max, Wi-Fi. For the interaction of instruments with each other, ZigBee, Wirelesshart, LPWAN standards were developed.

LPWAN technology provides energy efficient data transmission over long distances. "Streach" using the LPWAN approach creates devices that can transmit information on tens of kilometers and at the same time working for several years on one battery.

How does the "Strege" work on the LPWAN

The approach used to transmit data in the "Strege" network is very similar to the principle of operation of cellular networks.

Counters and sensors connected to the "Strege" modem, or devices with already integrated radio modulus, transmit readings to the Internet through the base station. Next, on the "Stregging" servers, the data is processed and provided in a convenient form in a specially designed web interface. The reverse communication channel allows you to control individual devices and devices remotely.

However, in contrast to mobile communication technology, "Strege" uses its own protocol, which allows data to transmit data to tens of kilometers and provides autonomy of the operation of the sensors over 10 years without replacing the power.

Why LPWAN - Future?

Existing wireless technologies are not able to ensure the needs of individual applications in the transmission of small data over the amount of data at long distances at high autonomy and low connection cost. As a rule, such applications relate to the field of intermower interaction and Internet of things.

LPWAN is a technology that supports a completely new class of telematic devices. Its appearance was made possible by the development of the component base: radio modulus and transceiver equipment.

The main advantages of LPWAN in front of other technologies

  • The radius of the action of one base station is up to 10 km in the metropolis, up to 50 km in open area.
  • One base station is enough to receive a signal from 2,000,000 devices per day.
  • The LPWAN network is easily connected to additional devices, almost unlimited scalability.
  • Accounting devices are energy efficient, on average 10 years of work from one AA-battery. Basic stations operate from a 220V network.
  • No concentrators and repeaters. Mount the accounting devices can be a regular plumber or fitter.
  • Transmission at a frequency of 868 MHz does not require licensing. This reduces the final cost of the system.
  • Does not require a GSM network and the Internet to work, which is relevant to towns and open areas.
  • LPWAN signal is transmitted from basements and through thick walls. It is impossible to drown out, since the signal goes in a wide range of frequencies.

"Strengtics" is a manufacturer of "smart devices" based on new wireless energy efficient long-range technology - LPWAN (LOW-POWER WIDE AREA NETWORK). The most popular solutions - collecting testimony of water meters, electricity, heat and gas for the utility sector. Additionally, innovative solutions for agriculture and security using the IOT concept are developed.

LPWAN (LOW-POWER WIDE-AREA NETWORK) - class of wireless telematics devices transmitting data by radio channel; Basic principle - digital data transmission on a super-sufficient frequency band at low speeds.

The feature of the technology is a large range of signal transmission from the end device to the host station (up to 10 km in the city drawing and up to 40 km in open area); long service life of the final devices (more than 10 years without external food); efficiency and simplicity of solutions; Excellent scalability due to the almost unlimited number of connected sensors.

LPWAN is the World Traine Intermasket (M2M) communication for the Internet of Things (IoT). Technology is able to provide a connection of billion devices around the world and make it as low as possible - unlike traditional communication operators / GPRS / LTE, where nutrition is required, or from "smart houses" protocols ZigBee / Z-Wave / M-BUS, where signal range Limited 50 meters.

A large range of the "Strege" network allows you to build an efficient network for smart devices. For example, for the coverage of Moscow, a cellular network requires several thousand base stations - their radius of action is only 1-1.5 km. "Streach" for this purpose is less than 100 base stations.

When one base station accounts for up to several hundred thousand different devices, its performance becomes a key parameter. Previously, for parallel processing of all frequency channels, the base station had to be built on the basis of processor server solutions and to put up with their high power consumption, heat dissipation and high cost.

Transferring frequency channel processing process to NVIDIA graphics processors with NVIDIA CUDA technology support made it possible to achieve significantly better performance with smaller dimensions, energy consumption, heat dissipation and price.

History of development

2017: Run Iot-Franchise

Network "Strezh" covered in Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Perm, Ufa, Grozny, Novokuibyshevsk, Stavropol and Syktyvkar. In 2016, "Strezhe" plans to cover the "smart network" all Russian millionth citys.

"To Tesla was electric vehicles, cooling systems, new batteries, but only Ilon Mask collected a breakthrough product from the scattered technologies," argued Andrei Sinitine, the co-founder of the company "Strezh-Telematika". - We, of course, before Tesla, are far away, but we also could figure out what the market needed, and collect a suitable product from cubes. " On the table in Sinitsyna are decomposed at first glance, ordinary water and electricity meters. But they are embedded in modems that can transfer the data from the Internet user's personal account - employee of the Housing and Communist Party or private person. Four years ago Andrei Sinitsin and his partner Evgeny Ahmadishin learned about technology, which allows to make devices with a high transmission range and extremely low power consumption, and today they own a business with a revenue of 4-6 million rubles a month.

"Streach telematics" is a rare for technological startup of the alloy of financial and engineering competencies. Ahmadishin graduate in KPMG and Deloitte advised technological companies, in the venture capital Mint Capital worked as an investment director. "When at the fourth year of the Institute, you work as a programmer and get acquainted somewhere with an investment banking, then you immediately want to become an investment banking," Eugene recalls. - Well, I caught, although on the formation of radio engineering and soldering iron kept from five years. And then the friend with whom I was engaged in programming, sold my company for $ 10 million DST Yuri Milner. And I thought that I went somewhere not there with these stupid finances. "

He found out from friends that a major European manufacturer of sensors, tracking object movements, has not yet established sales of its devices to Russia.

Ahmadishin suggested that the sensors can be supplied to account for the number of cars on roads and parking lots, and suggested the manufacturer to become its distributor.

And the partners called Sinitina, who met in KPMG, "he worked at the investment company A1 at that time. "In the investment fund, when you closed several deals, everything becomes clear from A to Z, - connects to the story of Sinitine. - And entrepreneurship is how to get a sports where there is adrenaline: marathons or boxing. I want everything. "

But the brought sensors did not meet expectations. Each device passed the signal only 20 m, but within the framework of the sensor network, it could go to the base station for tens of kilometers. In fact, without regular adjustment with the hands of experienced engineers, relaying was something like. In addition to technology, Ahmadishin saw a flaw in the data transfer method (import meters worked on the ZigBee protocol, which was referred to a great future for home gadgets feeding from the battery). Collecting familiar engineers in old connections in MFTI, the former investigator redo the sensor algorithms for working with the new LPWAN protocol. On the modification of LPWAN technology called Lora, for example, last year made an IBM bid, having considered it the most promising method of intermadic interaction.

Ahmadishin and Sinitsin created their own LPWAN option.

They narrowed the transmission band in a radiospectorate so that the interference level becomes minimal. Information as a result is broadcast in a small amount, but with minimal energy consumption, far and without failures. Counters with the LPWAN modem transmit data to the Internet through the base station, which can be installed on the roof of any building. At a cost of tens of times lower than cellular operators, such a station, according to the owners, is thousands of times more sensitive. A modem created in "Streach Telematics" can work for 10 years without recharging and costs eight times cheaper of existing analogues on GPRS or 3G.

Experienced modem samples were prepared in the fall of 2012. The solution seemed ideal for the housing and utilities spheres. "In Russia, housing and communal services gives 6-7% of annual GDP, this is a huge industry and a huge field for automation," explains Sinitine. Potential buyers are managers who want to remotely collect water consumption statistics and follow unauthorized interventions into the operation of the instruments. Ahmadishin and Sinitin calculated to attract them the simplicity and relative reliability of their devices. There were wired sensors, but pull the wires to the apartments, to put the server for processing information, etc. - is troublesome. GPRS modems require regular recharging or battery change, and the cost of their operation depends on the tariffs of cellular operators.

Assembly of modem partners ordered to the Russian manufacturer, whose name does not disclose. But sales started only in the summer of 2013. In urban development, the signal from finished meters was distributed only by one or two kilometers. Several months went to refine the design to obtain a transmission range to the base station at a distance of up to 40-50 km. The first clients refused to believe in the reality of the stated characteristics.

"We come to negotiate with the integrator of dispatching systems into elite houses in Moscow," recalls Andrei Sinitsin. - He assures us that in the homes entrusted to him with very deep basements, no reference gathering systems will not work. Then I persuaded him to go to the object. Our employee with the antenna rose to the roof, and he himself go down to the basement - and by pressing the button, I saw a signal. During the month, he shipped 1000 modems to him. "

It turned out quickly that the management companies prefer ready-made devices that can be commissioned with minimal setup. "Streach-telematics" agreed with the Arzamasian instrument-making plant and began to sell water meters with already built-in modules. "We purchased about 1000 meters, realizing that in terms of price / quality and reliability, the new technology is more profitable for devices with Internet modules or wired solutions," says Andrei Botalov, head of the Moscow Criminal Code "Sunny City". - Now the water leaks are immediately visible, and counters failed. " With him, another client "Strege-telematics" is agreed. "Managing companies monthly are missing up to 30% of utility payments due to the fact that people do not file payments or reflect real costs not completely, - Anton Dobyankin, Director of Morton UK Domservice Balashikha, notes. - With wireless, fully automated transmission of these problems does not occur. "

Retail sales from "Streach Telematics" no, deliveries to whole houses and residential complexes are more profitable. Monthly sales - 2000-3000 water and electricity meters. For the last while there are 10% of supplies, as sales started at the end of 2015. Check management companies varies from 500,000 rubles to several million per batch of meters. Then they pay several hundred rubles every month for technical support and use of the personal account on the "Stregging Telematics" website, in which you can process the obtained data in any way. Basic stations Ahmadishin and Sinitina establishes at its own expense, if there is a prospect of connecting new customers in this area of \u200b\u200bthe city.

Regional dealers, which account for about 25% of the "Strege Telematics" to negotiate with the management companies. About 20% of revenue brings exports - integrators and manufacturers of counters resell the "Strizhe Telematics" devices to managers in Europe, USA and Asia.

For four years, entrepreneurs have invested about 100 million rubles into business, including reinvested profits. And now master new areas of LPWAN technology. For example, banking: several dozen modems are sold to a company specializing in security systems - for installation on ATMs in order to alerts about hacking. Retail networks It is important to track dozens of parameters in warehouses and in trading halls for climate control, electricity consumption, etc. "Strege Telematics" equipped with sensors several stores of the Ural Network "Coin" and the Siberian "Maria Ra".

Negotiations are underway with Chinese Haier. Ahmadishin and Sinitsin hope that the Chinese will agree to build their devices in refrigerated techniques for retail instead of Danish Danfoss. In Danfoss Corporation, it seems to feel: they have a competitor. "The LPWAN-System" Strizh Telematics "is characterized by a large coverage area and low power consumption, but because of this, such a way of data transfer loses in speed," Ilya Nazelgin, head of the direction of electronic components "Danfoss Russia" criticizes. - Since the system uses a radio channel for data transmission, the signal can weaken, and then amplifiers will need to increase the coating zone. "

But the "Strege Telematics" will soon offer customers the first batch of gas meters with modems. According to its founders, Russian utilities generally require more than 400 million different counters. The sales market is huge, and the demand for new sensors will raise the 209-FZ, according to which since July 2016, information for settlement payments should be provided only in electronic form. "Maybe, of course, people will write numbers on a piece of paper on the old way and take a concierge, and the accountant of the Management Company will all interrupt to the computer. But sooner or later, the convenience of new technologies should defeat, "Ahmadishin is sure.

Good prospects have both exports. "Streach-telematics" is preparing for the Chinese BL Flow tender, which you need to purchase 8 million water meters with automatic testimony for installation in Chinese apartments. "For four years we grew up with three people in Coworking to a profitable company with a state of 30 people. Moreover, in our difficult time, we will trade without buckwheat, but we build a technological business, - Sinitsyn is proud of. - Now you understand why from the investment company I switched to the other side of the barricades? It's nice to realize that you do the necessary and useful products of the world level. "

Fig. 1. SNT "Dubrovo"

Garden non-commercial partnership (SNT) "Dubrovo" (Fig. 1) is located in the Vladimir region and has 190 sites. SNT has its own transformer for 250 kVA, and all farms are equipped with old induction electric meters.

Twenty years ago, only a pair of light bulbs, tiles and a radiot, but today electricity consume numerous household appliances and garden equipment today. The development of legislation ("Dacha Amnesty") and other factors led to the fact that the gardeners turned the seasonal "taking place" in comfortable dwellings and remain in them all year round, which means they spend more energy.

Despite the satisfactory condition of the power line and equipment, the total testimony of individual counters was only 60-70% of the "head" meter from the power plant company, and over time, the percentage of electricity nonbalance increased only.

And the Chairman, and the owners understood that the technical losses in the transformer and on the line are incommensurable small, and high nonbalance is a consequence of commercial losses:

  • theft of electricity (stop the old counters can even schoolboy);
  • errors of the electricity metering system (residents have old electricity meters of accuracy class more than 2.0);
  • intentional errors when removing the testimony (not everyone wanted to pay on accounts);
  • untimely payment (many come only on weekends and holidays).

The Chairman had its own statistics: about 10-15 gardeners have grown electricity, another 40-50 owners regularly forgot to take testimony or deliberately improved numbers.

The problem was repeatedly discussed at meetings, but there were no solutions. From year to year, the chairman of the partnership had to violate the law: to increase the cost of the resource and to achieve the missing amount from CNT members, regularly paid on accounts.

In early 2016, at the general meeting of the SNT, it was decided together with the replacement of outdated metering devices to equip the ASKUE settlement - an automated control system for controlling and accounting for electricity, which is used to accurately calculate the consumed electricity and consumption parameters on the substation. To do this, each accounting node (electricity meter) is equipped with a device that transmits readings to the control panel.

That it was necessary to take into account

The main criteria when choosing an ASUCE from an asset of the partnership amounted to an impressive list. First of all, it was necessary that the readings of electric meters were not lost during the transfer. In addition, collecting consumption parameters at substations and power lines and the calculation of the amount of electricity consumed should be carried out automatically - it was necessary to provide the ability to additionally automate the collection of readings, processing data and billing for residents. Managing the load of individual consumers (as a rule, defaulters) was to be remotely carried out. At the same time, based on the calculation of one point of accounting, restrictions on the equipment budget were established.

Test

Fig. 2. Counter "Ampere-1 Split"

First of all, the chairman of the partnership was required to determine the technology for collecting data from electric meters. In addition to the Stregging Aska, the SNT manual test has experienced wired PLC technology and counters with a GSM modem.

From PLC refused to first week: the status of the line did not provide reliable data transfer, and from five test meters of readings came only from one. Elimination of "scrubs", replacing the wire and installing filters on the line did not fit into the SNT budget.

The high cost of devices and the cost of their installation and maintenance made a non-benefit-based solution based on GSM. Each counter, equipped with a GSM module, requested the software settings and high-quality cellular coverage. In addition, such a device was twice as high as analogues and demanded a monthly accrual of the subscription fee.

In parallel, the test and solutions "Strege" were tested for country and cottage settlements. The test kit includes five single-phase electricity meters "Ampere-1 Split" (Fig. 2) and a mini-basic station (Fig. 3). The readings went to the "Personal Account" cloud platform, access to which only the chairman of the SNT had access, and without binding to the board building or the dispatching console. To track the costs and registration of the presence of energy or opening the counter, it was enough for him only to have access to the Internet.

Remote collection of indications on Streach Askoe

Fig. 3. Mini-Basic Station

The atmospheric-protected electricity meters "Amp-1 Split" with built-in radio models were installed on the airline supports. Such an approach made it possible to save the cost of installing the subscriber panel, complicate the access of residents to the meter and exclude at the rate of the error of old metering devices.

During test tests, the Streach ASKE has shown the necessary reliability: data from all five installed electricity meters AMPER-1 SPLIT successfully passed from electrical accounting sites through the base station to the personal account of the Board.

Required automation - unloading reports and account statements - was in the functionality of the web platform, and the possibility of remote control and load limitations was implemented in the AMPER-1 counters. Simple installation and minimum set of equipment allowed to fit into the SNT budget with a reserve of 20%.

Results per year

Now the Ampere-1 SPLIT counters are already operated in 90 ATT "Dubrovo" SNT, and during 2017 another 50 meters will be installed. They continue to be serviced by the base station installed during the tests, since its tank is still enough to connect the following hundreds or thousands of devices. Now unscrupulous gardeners can not accidentally or intentionally forget to report on consumed kilowatts: "Ampere-1" eightly sends data from the radio channel about energy consumption in the Personal Cabinet of SNT "Dubrovo", and the reverse channel allows the Chair to remotely control the counter settings and selectively limit the network settings to non-payers . From April 2016 to May 2017, the electricity nonbalance of SNT "Dubrovo" fell to 10%. By 2018, the Chairperson plans to fully equip the SNT "smart" counters. According to its calculations, 100% implementation of the Streach ASKUE will bring nonbalance to an acceptable 1.5-2%.

Advantages of ASKUE

PLC solutions have a low cost and solve the task of remote indication collection, but the shortcomings of the Protocol and the high quality quality requirements can create a number of difficulties in transmitting data from the meter to the user interface, and the high level of interference in the line can be reduced to no signal passability. At the same time, the struggle with such interference requires either disabling their source (and it is still necessary), or the installation of special filters, which leads to additional costs.

The solutions built on the Middle Communications protocols are not suitable for use in the villages, since the stable operation of such a system requires an installation of additional repeaters, which leads to a sharp increase in the overall estimates of the project.

Meanwhile, the wireless solution based on LPWAN technology is suitable for building an electricity control system in settlements in all requirements. The range of data on radio protocol from the modem to the radio station is 10 kilometers and provides readings from the meters that are on a different removal throughout the village. In addition, one basic station can cover the needs of the entire village, taking into account its expansion a few years ahead. The protocol provides for protection against various kinds of interference, and due to the fact that the use of intermediate equipment is not required, the total cost of implementation is cheaper, several times compared to neighboring radio systems.
