As for online office services, then, in our opinion, it is wiser to use them for the exchange of documents and quickly agree on real time. If materials used during collaboration do not differ in complex design and there are no problems with the Internet, then this path of editing and commenting documents during the project work may be very convenient and efficient. A business - when finalizing large complexly structured and effectively decorated documents previously created in the MS Office environment. Here you can expect disappointment, because in practice compatibility with Microsoft's office formats in office services is far from excellence, and the editing of large documents is performed slowly.
