As with many other comfortable and simple (cheap in realization) ideas on Kickstarter, the price tag was quite spontaneous (remember at least a button for which you initially wanted $ 27, and the Chinese on Ali are selling them now). So it remained only to wait until the Middlewealth can establish mass production.

The size of the adapter (magnetic part) 21 x 13 x 6 mm. The plug is non-magnetic, so it can be safely left in the phone and wearing with sensitive to the magnetic field of things (if any).

In the multimeter, the battery died, so I can not ring / check yet (probably, later I will add an overview).
UPD: After the transclon, it was found that the contact pads for D + and D-plug for both orientations are in the same place, i.e. When the D + plug is turned over and is confused by places.

The following is found from small jambs:
1. Due to the fact that the magnet is only in one part, the connection is obtained weak, so the cable must at least partially lie on one surface with a connected device. If the phone, for example, lies on the edge of the table with a connector to the edge, and the cable is connected and hangs off the table, then it can fall off under its own weight.

2. Weak mechanical contact with the adapter. If the connected phone is to pull along the direction of the cable / adapter, that is, the chance that the magnetic connection between the adapter and the telephone "subwit" is a mechanical connection between the adapter and the cable, and the adapter will sharpen together with the phone from the cable. This can be easily cured by fueling the Micro-USB housing of the connector in the adapter, thereby reducing the clearance and increasing the clutch.

3. The plug on the contrary - very tightly sits in the phone. And even though it is provided on the sides of the chamfer for convenient removal by nails, it is still quite difficult to get from there because of its sizes (the usual cable with the same plug to pull out wages). Therefore, it is better to stock as something for convenient extracting of the asshole.
