You won't surprise anyone with a phone, a person wants to be online 24 hours a day, at any time and everywhere. The most amazing thing is that people go further, they want to be online even when their phone is turned off or the network is unavailable. It is for this reason that there is service I am in touch with MTS... Now the client is really online always. Even if the ability to receive calls has disappeared, then when the connection is restored, the caller will immediately receive an SMS message with information that the one you called is available for a call again.

How to activate the service I'm online

This option is very popular and it is not surprising that the majority of users want to have this opportunity and be online at all times. From April 21, 2014, when concluding a contract for the provision of communication services in MTS, this option is automatically activated. Now there is no need to search for ways to connect. The function is necessary for everyone, the operator decided and included it in the basic set of functions when buying a SIM card.

How to disable the service I'm online on MTS

Surprisingly, some people do not like these mobile services on MTS at all. They are not flattered by the fact that someone who called, after they return to the network, will know that they are back in the network. For such cases, the option is conditionally disabled. It can be disabled by connecting the new function “Prohibition of the“ I’m in touch ”option."

To connect to this cellular service, there are several ways:

one . Visit the official website and enter the assistant system using your username and password. Enter your phone number in the login field, and order the password there. It comes as a message. It is not necessary to remember these characters every time you log in, you can order a new password. Inside the site, find the tab responsible for the functions, and in it there is already the item "subscriber in the network" and "prohibition of the service" I am in touch ".

2 Deactivation of the “I’m in touch” service on MTS, it will be possible to use the “My MTS” application. This application is available for most smartphones. It is enough to install the application and start using it. Everything is like in the Internet assistant. The interface is friendly and easy to find.

3 Also, to prohibit the service I am in touch in MTS, you can use special commands. Dial * 111 * 334 # and call. The ban is set. If you like using the sms assistant more, then by dialing its number * 111 * follow the commands in the following order 21143.

You can disable the ban in the same ways, only when using the USSD command, you need to dial * 111 * 334 #, and when using the sms assistant, the command will look like 211430.

Payment for the service I'm in touch MTS

The function is included in the main package provided upon subscriber connection. Therefore, you will not have to pay for the communication service on MTS. But you will have to pay for the additionally connected "I'm in touch" ban. Although the prices here are very loyal. According to the terms of the provision of communication services of MTS, no fee is charged for connecting such a prohibition. You will only need to pay for the time you use the function. The monthly price for the ban will be 25 rubles. The fee will be charged every day in equal parts. Thus, the use of the additional option will be 0.3 rubles per day.

It is worth noting that for certain tariffs the MTS communication service “prohibition of the“ I’m in touch ”function," the price is different. For tariffs "", "Red energy" and "Guest" it is 0 rubles per day, the price is debited immediately one month before.

The Mobile TeleSystems operator takes care of its customers. The company tries to anticipate all the needs of subscribers in the cellular industry. Not surprisingly, the list of additional options is only growing every day. It seems that the operators are trying to please each user separately. The function "I'm in touch" is a clear confirmation of this. Payment for communication services on MTS is becoming more and more convenient and democratic. The user essentially chooses what he wants to pay for. Tariff plans have long started to turn into a convenient "designer" that can always be adjusted to suit your own needs.

Apple appliances are reasonably resistant to breakage thanks to the build quality. However, none of us is immune from our own absent-mindedness and carelessness. Sometimes it happens that you drop your beloved iPhone on the floor, and the glass is covered with a net. The back panel usually suffers when carrying a gadget in a back pocket, which is especially a problem for young people. Due to the many included apps, the battery will wear out quickly. Where to go with these problems?

Since the device belongs to a technically complex device, it is even better to change the battery for an iPhone 5 in a specialized center. It has the right equipment and original spare parts. In order to be able to navigate the battery, you need to go to "Settings", then to "General" and then to "Statistics". The schematic picture in the corner does not give a complete picture of the remaining battery power. Here you can see its resource in numerical form. If the iPhone is new or is at most a year old, then it will shut down with 2-3% of the remaining charge. An old device may switch off even at 10% of the indicator value. And if an important call is expected and it is impossible to allow a complete shutdown of the device, what to do in this case? Save battery power.

Battery saving methods

There are soft methods and emergency ones. Soft include those that have almost no effect on the functionality of the iPhone. For example, if you go to the "Settings" section, then to "Privacy" and "Geolocation Services", you can disable all items in the "System Services" folder.

In the "Notification Center" section, you can safely turn off Promotions. They eat up a significant amount of space on the iPhone, as well as a significant share of energy due to constant updates.

The manufacturer provides background programs with constant updating even without launching them. You need to go to the "Background software updates" section and disable all unnecessary ones. However, the applications will continue to work as before.

The display is a big waste of energy resources. What can be done? First, you need to set the auto-lock screen for 1 minute. This method especially helps forgetful owners of gadgets, thus saving a significant amount of battery power. Then you can reduce the brightness level by at least half, and in the absence of a bright sun, one third will be enough.

Several points can be attributed to tougher or emergency ways of saving. Many people know such an option as parallax, invented by manufacturers to get beautiful effects. So it not only reduces the battery power, but literally eats it up in a matter of hours, especially on the iPhone 5, where an additional chip is not provided for it.

Fans of dynamic wallpapers will have to sacrifice this feature if they want to save power. The Airplane Mode function can extend the battery life. When waiting for an important call, you can turn on the Do Not Disturb mode. With its help, other calls, only expected, will not go to the iPhone.

It is necessary to develop the habit of disconnecting the mobile Internet, the Bluetooth function, if it is not used during this period of time. When the device has lost the ability to connect to the Internet, download updates, the battery sits down 3-4 times slower.

There is no telephone in your office yet. At all

To formalize relations with a company - a telecom operator, the company that owns the office must apply to him with an application for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of telecom services. In it you need to write how many phone numbers the company needs for normal operation, and attach copies of documents on registration of ownership of your office. Plus, you need an order on the appointment of a leader or the minutes of the meeting of founders on his election. This is necessary to confirm the authority of the boss who will sign the contract.

Article 426 of the Civil Code classifies contracts with telecom operators as public. This meaningful word means that they cannot refuse you and the terms of the contract must be the same as those of other clients of this operator. If suddenly you find in your agreement something that neighbors in the building where your office is located do not have, you should know: these clauses of the agreement do not have any force. In this case, you can first write a statement to the telecom operator with a request to exclude these conditions from the contract. If they refuse, go to court and demand that they conclude the same agreement with you as with others (resolution of the FAS of the Volgo-Vyatka District on November 18, 1999, No. A38-11 / 88-99).

If you have doubts that the terms of your agreement are the same as those of everyone else, and you do not have the opportunity to look into someone else's agreement, then you can contact the antimonopoly authority. Changes by a telecom operator to the terms of a contract for a particular company is an abuse of a dominant position on its part and a violation of antimonopoly legislation. In this case, the antimonopoly body may demand that violations be eliminated and a fine from the telecom operator.

In addition, telephone charges are determined at the state level and for all at once. So the telecom operator has no right to raise the rates for your company personally (YOU information letter dated August 6, 2003 No. С5-7 / UZ-888).

Phone changes owners

If your company has bought a "second-hand" office, then the previous owners may well leave you the phone they had. Moreover, the telecom operator should not take payment for the installation of the telephone. Indeed, in this case, he does not perform any actual actions to install the telephone line. This conclusion was reached by the Federal Arbitration Court of the Ural District in its ruling dated August 18, 2004 No. F09-2602 / 2004-GK. The new owner, that is, you, is only obliged to pay a fee for the renewal of the contract for the provision of communication services. It is much cheaper than reinstalling the phone.

If this is a temporary office

How the tenants of the office to formalize their "telephone" relations is described in detail in the decision of the Federal Arbitration Court of the North-West District of January 26, 2005 No. A56-10569 / 04.

Firstly, if you are renting an office with a telephone, then it makes sense to include a clause in the contract stating that your company will reimburse the landlord for the amount you say. That is, he will transfer money to the telecom operator under an agreement between them, and he will issue an invoice based on documents confirming the amount of money that your company owes him for the phone (invoices from a company - a telecom operator, for example). How exactly you will pay is best described in detail in the lease. So that later there would be no problems with the tax on the subject of who paid how much and to whom.

The second option is to reissue (for the period of real estate lease) the contract for the provision of communication services to your company while maintaining the previous phone number. In this case, all other conditions that are in this agreement will remain unchanged (in terms of the amount and timing of advance payments). In addition, if the lease is subsequently renewed, the service contract will also be renewed. And free of charge. The judges emphasized that telecom operators have no right to conclude contracts with tenants of premises for a period that does not coincide with the lease period.

The third option is that the landlord can terminate the contract for communication services, and your company can conclude a new one. But in this case, you will have to pay for the installation of the telephone - after all, when the landlord terminates the contract, the office becomes non-telephonic.

Offices on the road

If your company has decided to move to another office, then you can submit an application to the telecom operator to renew the contract. If the new place of "deployment" is located on the territory of the same telephone exchange, the contract with you will be reissued and your number will remain the same. That is, you will move with your phone, and you will not have to print new business cards. If you have moved far from the previous place and this is the territory of another telephone center, then the contract with you, of course, will also be reissued, but the numbers will be different. It’s not so convenient anymore. So you will have to call all partners and say that you have not disappeared anywhere.

Additional services

When concluding an agreement for the provision of communication services, you can ask to include in it, in addition to the main ones (provision of local, long-distance and international telephone connections), and additional services of the operator. Their list is defined in clause 15 of the Rules for the provision of telephone services. For example, you can install parallel telephones, connect a mini-automatic telephone exchange to the company's telephone number, and be able to use e-mail or fax transmission services. There are many options.

The cost of these "pleasures" is not regulated by the state. Therefore, when you sign a contract for such services, it is advisable to stipulate how their cost may change. For example, indicate that an operator can change tariffs no more than once a year and must have proof that it is necessary for him to raise the price, otherwise he is a loser.

If the contract does not say a word about any additional services, but in fact the subscriber uses them (for example, you yourself installed a mini-automatic telephone exchange in your office), then the telecom operator, firstly, will be able to reimburse its losses in the form of unreceived fees for services (Resolution of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Volgo-Vyatka District of February 18, 2003 No. A38-2 / 197-02). And secondly, on the basis of Article 44 of Law No. 126-FZ of July 7, 2003 "On Communication", he can generally terminate or suspend for a while any "telephone" relationship with you. And by the way, it will be right in its own way. At the same time, if your phone is taken away from you for a while, you will still have to pay the subscription fee. After all, this is indicated by paragraph 2 of Article 781 of the Civil Code (if the execution of the contract is impossible due to the fault of the customer, the services must be paid in full). The same conclusion was reached by the Federal Arbitration Court of the North-West District in its decision of December 28, 2004 No. A56-13593 / 04.

So if you decide to improve the life of your office at the expense of any telephone "frills", check it with your telecom operator. And then you will not end up with a hassle.

Unpaid phone

Clause 3 of Article 44 of the Law "On Communications" says that the operator may well leave your office without communication with the outside world if you stop paying for the phone, namely, in case of "violation of the terms of payment for the provided communication services."

Therefore, if you forgot to pay, do not be surprised that the phone is silent. You were simply disconnected from the telephone line. In principle, you don't even need to go to court. The arbitration court will most likely recognize the actions of the telecom operator as legal (resolution of the FAS of the North-Western District of December 28, 2004 No. A56-13593 / 04).

If there are nonresident workers in your office who like to call home without the knowledge of the management, and then huge bills come in, then you still have to pay them. Refuse to pay to the telecom operator on the grounds that you did not know about any negotiations on your phone, although the call was made from your office number, the subscriber cannot. And if you decide to sue the telecom operator, then in this case, the judges will most likely take his side. (Resolution of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Moscow District of October 20, 2004 No. KG-A40 / 9685-04).

There is only one good thing: if you stop paying, your number will not be taken away immediately. They will give the opportunity to correct themselves within six months from the date of receipt of the notification of the suspension of the provision of communication services. If you do not do this, then in six months the telecom operator will most likely terminate the contract with you unilaterally. And in order to be "in touch" again, you will have to pay anew to install the phone in your office. And this is long and not very cheap. So it's best to do everything on time.

Olga ALEXANDROVA

During the New Year holidays, despite the unstable ruble exchange rate, some of the entrepreneurs will go on vacation abroad. The CPU asked the founder of Roamer, an app for low-cost roaming calls, to share how he could save money on his travels.

Nick Ustinov, founder of Roamer

On the eve of the New Year holidays, for many who travel abroad, the issue of economical communication during travel is relevant. Yes, there are those who generally turn off the phone and deliberately drop out of sight. But overwhelmingly we are social and need to communicate. And I would not want to limit communication with family and friends. Moreover, on such holidays as New Years and Christmas.

Over the past ten years, a service such as Skype has taken an unshakable position in the field of voice (and video) communications. Free communication with the simultaneous presence of a stable Internet on both sides has become the dominant practice for all Internet users.

But let's move on. Now you have gone abroad, and you are no longer in a hotel or in a cafe - and there is no free Wi-Fi nearby, but it would be nice to call right now, as you are used to at home. Where we have developed a habit for a long time - I wanted to, I immediately called at any time. Mobile communications, of course, are not free, but everyone has mobile phones, which means that mobile communications are worth their money. The question is, are you ready to also use your smartphone abroad, like at home, with a comparable cost of calls?

So what cheap ways to get in touch with home can be comfortable when traveling abroad? Of course, you can stay in your carrier roaming and pay inadequate amounts. Or, spend a few hours and delve into some rather clever marketing campaigns and "international" packages of cellular companies, which will at least to some extent reduce your costs.

An ambiguous option is travel SIM-cards... The peak of their popularity has already passed and is unlikely to ever be repeated. By offering free calls to most popular destinations, their trick is that the SIM card number is premium, located in another country, usually Estonia or the UK, that is, the operator earns on the excess rate that the caller pays. A miracle does not happen - no one wants to call numbers that are not clear where, and such a number must first be found out somehow.

Further, outgoing calls are usually slightly cheaper than calls through their operator in roaming, and Internet connection still costs exorbitant money, if at all available. Taking into account the declining interest of tourists, travel SIM operators began to provide Russian numbers for forwarding, but they are also charged with a margin, as a result of strong savings still does not occur. In general, I do not even know who I can advise this.

The complete opposite of roaming from your operator will be local SIM... A great way to get very cheap mobile Internet and always have a GSM connection with you. Now, for example, in my collection there are more than a hundred SIMs from trips and tests. This method will not restrict you in access to the Internet - at any time you can post a photo on a social media page, chat on Viber, Hangouts, Telegram, or arrange a conference call via Skype, although there are options.

"Traveling" modems. Or the Internet is always in your backpack - I would call it that. You can buy a mobile Wi-Fi router for about 3 thousand rubles, which in the future will allow you to buy local SIMs with a "large" Internet volume upon arrival in the destination countries and use the connection anywhere. Instead of local SIM cards when traveling, you may also be able to use international internet cards such as Keepgo, for example. One SIM card in different countries provides an opportunity to receive tariffication for mobile Internet at lower prices than your operator in roaming.

On a local SIM-card, especially if it is data-only, a card without voice, only for the Internet, you can connect SIP services yourself. In an attempt to bring the convenience of using SIP to traditional roaming, for incoming calls you will have to buy a virtual number in your country, forward calls from your mobile number to a virtual number, and then to a local SIM card abroad. If you have an Internet SIM-card there, you will also need to buy a virtual number in that country. Further, you will have to choose your own communication provider and its channels, depending on the quality and tariff.

It should be noted that the quality of communication channels is constantly changing, and you often have to switch them. In total, communication will cost an order of magnitude cheaper than that of your operator, however, the option is suitable only for advanced users who are ready to spend some time, as well as who are able to figure out the initial setup, and then continue to debug it.

You can try to build something like this in Skype (Skype Number, Caller ID, Forward calls) or via Google voice(only for the USA and like Canada), but somehow it does not work, it does not advance, and it seems there are even plans to close the services as non-core ones.

We also tried to pack the best solutions for receiving and making calls abroad and abroad, with or without the Internet. Roamer... The tariffs were made lower than those of any surrogate solutions, we added the order of foreign SIM-cards at home and their replenishment, we are implementing support for SIM-cards with voice and Internet cards, as well as tablets. The user base is growing, the turnover is growing, the market is unsaturated. At the same time, the momentum is not yet enough to get on the radars of mobile operators to see their reaction. It will be interesting to see.

As a result, it is up to you to decide which way to call home is better to use abroad, so as not to spend a lot of money. On my trips, I now either order in advance, or buy a local SIM card on the spot, call phone numbers and receive calls on Roamer, use Skype for conference calls, and use Slack for business chat.
