In Skyblock City ModPack, players can look forward to a new take on an old favorite - the Skyblock game type. This is in fact just a heavily modded version of Skyblock where the idea is to build big, bigger, biggest. You’re out to build a whole city from the ground up, and you don’t get much ground to start with either, so every block you can get your hands on is something to be cherished. You’ll notice right away that it’s not quite the same as Skyblock because you’ll be missing some of the items you’re used to seeing and have probably come to depend on over time.

That doesn’t mean you can’t still come up with alternative machines, or rig up some cobblestone generators with a bit of lava and water set up in just the right way. But it does mean you’re going to have a much harder time getting started. There is a real sense of achievement that comes with meeting all of the challenges which you can read about in the guidebook which is included with your starting package. That book is actually bugged for some players, though, so you’ll want to enable cheats and then input / flushachievements if you run into that problem.

To get the most out of the Skyblock City Mod Pack, you'll want to first read up on some popular structures like automatic chicken farms and cobble generators before you start, so you'll be able to build them and take advantage of their benefits while you play.

How to install Skyblock City ModPack?

Easy way with Curse Launcher:

1. Download the Curse App for Windows, MAC OS or Linux.
2. After you done with download & install the Curse App, you should create an account or login with an existing account.
3. Click on Minecraft icon in the orizontal menu, and another click on “BROWSE ALL MODPACKS”.
4. Search for “Skyblock City”.
5. Now just click on “Install” button and the mod pack start to download & install on your PC.
6. Have fun!

• Unlike the classic SkyBlock, the server has a lot of interesting mods - from industrial-technical to magical. Here you need to develop your island, having at first the minimum amount of resources. You must learn to do almost everything from nothing in order to prove to everyone that your island is the best. You can play alone or with your friends.

• Combined technical and magical modifications

  You choose what to study: magic or modern technology. Or maybe all at once? It's up to you to decide!

• We have fixed all known dupes, bugs and griefing methods almost no prohibitions

  Thanks to our honest and not very good players, we timely learn about the errors found on the server / in the client and fix them as soon as possible. Most often, such fixes are made in mods or on the server side and do without prohibiting items / blocks.

• Wipes once a year

  Since players live and extract resources on their own or friend's island, this server does not need frequent wipes.

• Chat Game every half hour

  Every 30 minutes a random math example appears in the chat. The player who is the first to solve the example and write the correct answer in the chat will receive 20 coins.

• Reward every hour

  For every hour spent on the server, you will receive 10 coins as a reward.

• Award for voting in favor of the project

  Our project is in 2 tops. For every voice in them, you get one free case, which you can open on a special page.

• Tops of players by played time and voting

  All your simulated time on the project is summed up and displayed on the tops page and in your personal profile. Also, the top voter for the project is kept, which is cleared on the 1st of every month.

Skyblock is an interesting add-on for Minecraft 1.5.2, 1.6.4, 1.7.2, 1.8.9, 1.9, 1.10.2 and other versions, which is designed for players who are familiar with the game and consider themselves professionals. However, we also recommend that non-professionals take the risk. On Minecraft servers with the Skyblock map, players will have to play on a small island hanging in the air. Nearby will be a chest with a couple of seeds and a bucket of water and lava. You will need to remember everything that is known about the Minecraft game and apply the knowledge in practice. With the help of the starting resources and the surrounding blocks, you need to build mechanisms, grow food and try to survive.

Peculiarities

• Skyblock is a real hardcore map with challenges for survival fans. Team up with experienced friends and try to complete most of the tasks, turning a small island into a full-fledged colony.
• New resources don't appear out of thin air. You will have to try pretty hard and apply the knowledge from the usual Minecraft survival mode. Try not to die when falling, as items cannot be returned.
• Skyblock seems daunting, but it allows you to make sure that you just need to take the right approach to create a cozy world with the essentials for life. Use your starting items wisely and carefully, and soon life on this doomed flying island will improve.

On the Squareland project, players will be able to find Minecraft servers with Skyblock 1.6.4 / 1.5.2 / 1.7.2 / 1.8.9 / 1.10.2 and play with

Building NFINIT Skyblock for Minecraft 1.12.2- created specifically for those who are not very interested in a simple skyblock, but the computer does not allow playing with massive mods. Work your way through quests to build your own island full of animals, trees, plants, and possibly a family.

We use EX Nihilo: Creatio as our primary resource gathering tool, with many custom recipes added to all EX Nihilo mechanics, various mods (addons) have been compatible with it.You no longer have to guess how to get a block or item that is not normally available, as all custom recipes and blocks and items for skyblock blocks are JEI-enabled, which will tell you and explain how to get them.This modpack also has a quest book that guides you through the modem and progression.All of these and many more custom recipes make life easier on skyblock.

This mod pack has a feature that when you die, you do not lose your inventory. But there is a chance that when you die, you gain 3 effects (Fatigue, Hunger and Weakness) for 5 minutes. You can heal these effects instantly by drinking the many magical drinks this modpack provides.

Vanilla tools are also disabled, they can only be used for crafting. The only way to get started is to start building Tinkers tools. All tool materials available by the various mods in this modpack are available through the Tinkers smelter.
