The presence of included Internet traffic is regulated by the “Internet for tariff plan” option. When connecting the option, the subscription fee for tariff plans is calculated at a special cost.

Tariff plan “BUSINESS.PRO”
The subscription fee of the tariff plan includes the SMS2E-MAIL/E-MAIL2SMS service. The tariff plan provides special tariffs for additional services: “Caller Identifier”, “Data Transfer”, for international calls in all directions, for incoming roaming calls in the networks of individual roaming partner operators, for the “International Internet Roaming” service. SMS roaming service and all types of details are provided without charging one-time fees.
When servicing individual clients, a negative balance of up to 8.00 (80,000) Belarusian rubles (hereinafter referred to as the credit limit) is allowed, however, in the event of a disconnection of communication services due to partial or complete blocking, the restoration of communication services is carried out on a general basis.
The presence of included Internet traffic is regulated by the “Internet for tariff plan” option. When connecting the option, the subscription fee for tariff plans is calculated at a special cost.
The company reserves the right to refuse the client the opportunity to receive a credit limit and reserves the right not to inform the client about the reasons for the refusal.

Tariff plan "Business class"
The subscription fee of the tariff plan includes additional services: SIM card replacement, “Subscriber renewal”, all types of detailing, “Caller Identifier”, “Antivirus”, “Twin card connection”.
The tariff plan provides special tariffs for additional services: “velcom international”, for international calls (except Europe and the CIS), for incoming roaming calls in the networks of individual roaming partner operators, for “International Internet roaming”, for “Roaming. Business" and "Roaming. Vacation”, to “Platinum number”, “Diamond number”, “Golden number”, “Silver number”, “Bronze number”, “Choose another number”, as well as to “Mobile Internet” service packages.
The tariff plan subscription fee is charged at a time when connecting, changing the tariff plan, and subsequently in full one month from the date of connection/change of tariff plan. When connecting/changing a tariff plan on the 29th, 30th, 31st, the second charge of the subscription fee will be shifted to the 1st day of the nearest calendar month, which occurs 1 month from the date of connecting/changing the tariff plan, subsequent charges will occur on the 1st day of the month.
If at the time of the next write-off of the cost of the tariff plan the subscriber is disconnected from outgoing and incoming communications due to late payment for the company's services, the cost of the tariff plan will be written off after the service is restored in a single amount in full. Traffic will be provided in full within 24 hours and is available until 23:59:59 of the last day of the tariff plan provision period.
Subscribers are not provided with the “Pause” service or the ability to connect to “Mobile Internet” service packages.

Tariff plan "Pension"
The tariff plan is available for clients – individuals.
Connection/change of tariff plan is carried out at the company’s central service center, software attorneys upon presentation by the client:
- passport and pension certificate.
- passport and certificate confirming the right to benefits for the following categories of citizens:

• veterans or disabled people of the Great Patriotic War;
• veterans of combat operations on the territory of other states;
• civilian members of the active army who have certificates of the right to benefits;
• juvenile or adult prisoners;
• disabled people of the first, second and third groups;
• disabled people aged 14 to 18 years.

The client has the right to connect only one subscriber under the “Pension” tariff plan. Changing to a tariff plan is made without charging a one-time fee.

Tariff plan “WEB Light”
Subscribers of the “WEB Light” tariff plan are not provided with “Pause” services, SMS roaming, or the ability to connect to “Mobile Internet” service packages.

Tariff plans “At your rhythm”, WEB Start, WEB 4, WEB 8, WEB 10+voka, WEB 16
The period for providing tariff plans is 30 days.
The subscription fee is charged:

• according to the tariff plan “In your rhythm” - daily in equal shares;
• according to tariff plans WEB Start, WEB 4, WEB 8, WEB 10+voka, WEB 16 - at a time in full when connecting, changing the tariff plan and thereafter - every 30 days.

Traffic is provided in full after connecting/changing to tariff plans. Enabled traffic is reset to zero:

• 23:59 of the last day of the current tariff plan provision period;
• when changing the tariff plan.

Features of changing tariff plans
It is not possible to change tariff plans between “At your rhythm” and “WEB 4”.

Features of providing mobile Internet:

• Users of tariff plans are not provided with Mobile Internet service packages, but they can purchase one-time additional traffic packages of 500 MB or 1 GB for use within the current tariff plan period.
• You can purchase additional traffic:

- on a special page on the Internet;
- via USSD *135*7# call;
- in your ISSA personal account.
• Purchasing additional traffic is possible only after using up the included traffic of a tariff plan or a previously purchased package.
• Redirection to a special page occurs when accessing the Internet using a mobile device browser, while HTTP traffic to other resources is blocked until the subscriber chooses a method for further working with the mobile Internet: purchasing a package or paying for traffic.
• Traffic from applications, email clients, browsers with specific proxy server settings, and other traffic other than HTTP is not blocked. Such traffic is charged in accordance with the subscriber's tariff plan.
• After the subscriber confirms the use of paid traffic, redirection to a special page will not be performed until the end of the current tariff plan period.

Tariff plan “At your rhythm”
The tariff plan is available only to individual clients.
When connecting to a Zvooq premium subscription, subscribers of the tariff plan receive a discount on the subscription fee of the tariff plan.
The 10 GB package of the “My Archive” service is provided to subscribers of the tariff plan without charging any cost. When changing the “At Your Rhythm” tariff plan to another, the 10 GB “My Archive” package is disabled.
The possibility of unlimited calls to 5 “favorite” numbers is provided optionally when activating the “Package of 5 “favorite” numbers” service:

• The service period is 30 days with subsequent automatic extension.
• The cost of the service is written off in full at the time of connection and then every 30 days.
• If at the time of the next write-off of the cost of the service the subscriber is disconnected from outgoing and incoming communications due to late payment for the company’s services or use of the “Pause” service, the cost of the service will be written off after the service is restored in a single amount in full. The period of service provision is not extended for the period of disconnection from the communication network.
• Connection/disconnection of the service is carried out via USSD *141*3*3# call, in your ISSA personal account.

Tariff plans WEB Start, WEB 4, WEB 8, WEB 10+voka, WEB 16
If, at the time of the next write-off of the cost of the tariff plan, the subscriber is disconnected from outgoing and incoming communications due to late payment for the company's services, the cost of the tariff plan will be written off after the service is restored in a single amount in full.
Traffic will be provided in full within 24 hours and is available until the end of the tariff plan provision period. The period of provision of the tariff plan is not extended for the period of disconnection from the communication network.
The price of the WEB 10+voka tariff plan includes a subscription to the voka TV package. You can use the service using the special voka application or on the page www.voka.tv. Voka TV Internet traffic is not charged in the velcom mobile network; the included and additional traffic of the tariff plan is not spent on watching video content of the service. The voka service is provided in accordance with the Procedure for the provision of Mobile TV services. The following services are not provided on tariff plans: “Pause”, SMS roaming.

3. The company has the right to unilaterally change this Procedure by publishing changes on the company’s official website.

4. In everything else not regulated by this Procedure, the client and the company are guided by the provisions of the agreement concluded between the client and the company.

The volume of traffic is suitable to meet the daily needs of the subscriber and less frequent use of the Internet (checking e-mail, communicating in instant messengers, studying news).

Package includes:

• 500 min. on communication in the 3G space of Wellcom;
• 50 min. making calls to clients of other companies;
• 500 MB network traffic;
• notifications about remaining traffic and minutes sent via SMS;
• user bonus – 6GB of network traffic.

New subscribers pay 4.2 rubles, and regular Velcom customers pay 8.39 rubles.

Suitable for medium-frequency access to the network (communication on social networks). 1 GB of traffic is used to work in navigation applications, as well as to play online and view photos.

Velcom Comfort tariff includes:

• unlimited calls on the Velcom 3G network;
• 100 min. for other networks;
• 1GB of network traffic;
• 6 GB of traffic for a special subscription promotion.

The price for regular customers is 11.11 rubles, for new customers – 5.56 rubles.

When the package is exhausted, the subscriber receives a corresponding notification.

Important! The client has more opportunities - Internet traffic and time spent online increases. With 2GB provided by Welk on the Comfort 2 tariff, the user can watch videos, download photos and listen to music on the Internet.

Conditions for providing “Comfort 2”:

Suitable for active Internet users. The subscriber manages a much larger volume of traffic and a number of minutes in addition to those spent in the 3G space.

The fee for those who have been using Welk for a long time is 18.97 rubles, for beginners – 9.49 rubles.

Tariff advantages

The range of tariffs, described above, is varied and quite budget-friendly, but it also has other advantages and useful features for subscribers:

• voice communication on the network. Velcom is the first Belarusian operator to establish unlimited communication in the 3G space. It covers almost the entire territory of the state and functions everywhere;

Like the previous ones, all new “comfortable” tariffs are equipped with unlimited intranet voice, and the “senior” tariff comes with unlimited minutes to all networks.

“Comfort S” provides the subscriber with twice as many minutes, and “Comfort M” with three times fewer minutes to other networks compared to their previous analogues - “Comfort” and “Comfort 4”, respectively. At the same time, the subscription fee for the updated “Comfort” line is, albeit insignificantly, higher than the archival one.

It is well known that junior tariffs are the most popular among subscribers of any mobile operator. How is velcom going to motivate subscribers in this case?

First of all, this is everything related to the Internet. Thus, “Comfort S”, like other updated tariffs, has acquired an exclusive opportunity savings and transfer to the next month unused Internet traffic. Despite the fact that the maximum accumulation threshold is small in comparison with other operators (equal to the volume of traffic included in the tariff, in this case - 1 GB), we note that this, one way or another, is a long-awaited step on the part of velcom towards its subscribers.

To provide subscribers with the opportunity to accumulate not only unused gigabytes, but also minutes, the telecom operator velcom, unfortunately, is currently, apparently, not yet ready.

Another advantage of both the junior and all other updated “comfortable” tariffs is associated with the ability to connect to such new Internet services as “Unlimited on social networks”, “Unlimited on instant messengers”, “Unlimited on music”, “Unlimited on YouTube” ", "Unlimited Internet at speeds up to 512 Kbps", and soon also, according to the operator, "Unlimited Internet at speeds up to 1 Mbit/s".

It should be noted that the additional Internet service “Unlimited Internet” until recently was available for connection to subscribers of the now archival line of “Comfort” tariffs. For many months, the service was provided free of charge and without speed limits. However, about a month ago, a fee began to be charged for it, and the service itself was closed to new connections.

As for the three higher tariffs, in addition to the appearance of the already mentioned accumulation of Internet traffic, its volume itself has almost doubled compared to the previous “comfortable” analogues: from 4 GB to 7 GB, from 8 GB to 15 GB and from 16 GB to 30 GB respectively. In case of insufficient gigabyte data, subscribers now have the opportunity to purchase additional traffic packages ranging from 0.5 to 3 GB.

An alternative to purchasing additional packages is per-megabyte pricing for additional traffic. If in the previous Comfort line the cost of megabytes was differentiated (the more expensive the tariff, the cheaper the megabytes), then on all tariffs of the current line additional megabytes cost the same - 1 kopeck. Thus, for all except the “junior” tariff, megabytes have become 2-5 times more expensive. This is perhaps the only degraded Internet component of the updated line.

Speaking about unification, we also note the uniform cost of SMS and calls to other networks on all updated tariffs, amounting to 7 kopecks. This suggests that SMS, in comparison with all archived analogues, has risen in price by one and a half times, and calls to other networks to Comfort S, on the contrary, have fallen in price by half.

Velcom offers an updated line of Comfort tariffs. As part of this package, subscribers are provided with 30 GB of Internet, while the remainder of unused traffic is transferred to another period. “Comfort” from Velcom implies free communication within the network, as well as additional packages of unlimited services.

These tariff plans have many advantages. The tariff already includes unlimited calls to colleagues who are on the Velcom operator. There are 100 free minutes for calls to any mobile operators and 1 GB of Internet traffic.

Thanks to new tariffs from Velcom, you can use your smartphone comfortably. The company guarantees subscribers high quality communications and high-speed Internet.

"Comfort Light" and "Light+"

The Light corporate program includes the following set of services:

• Free calls to colleagues;
• 500 minutes on the Velcom network;
• 50 minutes to numbers of any operators;
• 500 MB.

The subscription fee is 8.15 rubles per month. There are often promotions in which all new clients can pay 2 times less for six months. As part of the promotion, all new clients of Velcom receive 20 GB of Internet.

After the limit traffic ends, the subscriber receives an SMS message. Further, 1 MB of Internet costs 0.0218 rubles.

The subscription fee for the Light+ tariff is 10.59 rubles. This package is suitable for business and includes the following set of services:

• 100 free minutes for calls to other operators;
• 1 GB.

As part of the promotion, all new clients of the operator pay half as much for two months. In addition, they receive 20 GB of promotional Internet as a gift.

The package is designed for convenient business management. The cost of the service is 13.24 rubles per month. The tariff includes the following services:

• Unlimited to employees, as well as to all numbers of other operators;
• 1 GB Internet traffic.

At the end of the preferential traffic, the subscriber receives an SMS message. Then he can use the Internet at a rate of 0.0115 rubles per 1 MB.

"Comfort 2" and "Comfort 2+"

The monthly fee for using this tariff is 16.24 rubles. Often the operator launches promotional offers that allow all new customers to pay half as much for 2 months and also receive 20 GB of free traffic as a gift. Package includes:

"Comfort 4" and "4+"

The subscription fee for the Comfort 4 tariff is 18.42 rubles. As part of the package, the subscriber receives:

Tariff 4+ is designed for business people. This offer offers the optimal combination of calls and internet. The subscription fee is 19.6 rubles per month. The subscriber has access to:

• Internet traffic 4 GB.

For exceeding the established traffic, the subscriber will have to pay only 0.0056 rubles per 1 MB.

"Comfort 8" and "8+"

The “Comfort 8” tariff plan will cost the subscriber 23.87 rubles/month. It includes the following services:

• Unlimited conversations with employees and calls within the Velcom network;
• 400 free minutes for subscribers of other operators;
• 8 GB.

A promotional offer is available to all new clients who have joined this package.

After the end of the limited traffic, the subscriber is informed via SMS message.

The subscription fee for the 8+ tariff plan is 23.84 rubles. This offer is designed specifically for business. The subscriber has access to:

"Comfort 16+"

The tariff plan is designed specifically for business. The subscription fee is 30.73 rubles per month. Subscribers have access to:

Connecting a tariff

You can use the short command *135*7#, enter it and press the call button, then use the prompts on the smartphone screen.

The website contains sample contracts that need to be filled out when ordering a service. The contract contains all the information about the company and the manager, and it also indicates where you can get your sample.

The connection can be made through the contact center number or at the Velcom branded communication salon. Also, if necessary, you can find out detailed information regarding a particular tariff.

How to disable

You can disable the tariff or change it to a more advantageous offer in your personal account. To terminate the contract for the provision of communication services, you must visit the company’s communication salon and fill out the relevant documents.

As part of the tariff, you can choose the appropriate number for an additional fee:

• Platinum number (5 digits the same or equal to zero) - RUB 175.01.
• Diamond number (the last 4 digits are the same or equal to zero) - 44.28 rubles.
• Gold number (last 6 digits match in pairs) - 97.61 rubles.
• Silver number (the last 4 digits match in pairs or the last 3 digits are equal to zero) - 65.49 rubles.
• Bronze number (numbers like _XYZXYZ, where X, Y, Z are the same, and “_” is any digit; or numbers like _YYYXXX, YYYXXX_, YYY_XXX, where three digits YYY and XXX are the same, and “_” is any digit) - 31.99 rub.
