Lyrics (1): Any self-respecting company, taking care of its reputation, often pays for it at least by taking on certain obligations VOLUNTARY to the client, unquestioningly fulfilling them. Unfortunately, the Beeline company is a master of its word only in the sense that, having given its word regarding the availability of its services, it then refuses to provide them, as they say: "I gave my word, I took my word." This approach is usually typical for petty scammers and unfair competition of self-respecting entities, in relation to which ordinary homeless people look like respectable men...

Specifics (2): on the official website of the Beeline company for everyone, with exceptions provided for by specific tariffs, there is the "SMS without borders" service, costing 1 rub. / 1 SMS with free connection. Being a reasonable person, I decided to connect this service to my son on the phone, having previously called and agreed on 08/16/2017 with Beeline the possibility of connecting this service. The operator girl kindly informed me that the service was available to me and sent a phone to connect it, dialing which they told me: "connection is impossible", in fact, go ... to ... Calling Beeline again and contacting Ksenia, the latter told me that my issue will be resolved in the near future, then sending me a message that on 08/17/2017 my issue will be finally closed. But August 17 passed, August 18 came, and Bilan was silent, thus showing how he really relates to his obligations, his official statements and, in general, to the client. On 18.08, approximately at 19.00, at the Bilan support service, the auto-informer informed me that my application was to be closed tomorrow, and on 08/19/2017 I received a "nice" SMS message on my phone: "Dear Client! Your application has been processed and closed , the service "SMS without borders" is not available for connection, the information on the site will be corrected, thank you for the information. With care for you, your "Beeline".

Conclusion (3): A significant part of my time was spent for me on connecting a non-connected service, which, on the basis of official information from Beeline, was declared both on the company's website and was confirmed to me by Beeline employees, that is, by the gop-company itself ".

Summary (4): A company whose official statements are worthless has the right to claim exclusively the status of a "Sharashkin office", the foundation of which is formed by the banal Sharikovs and petty scammers engaged in unfair competition and not responsible for anything ... In the next month, two , all my family's mobile communications with the preservation of numbers will be transferred to the services of another mobile operator, the benefit is to make it easier, simpler. Stay away from scammers and scammers.

After entering your page on the operator's website, perhaps the first thing that catches the eye of users is the navigation menu. It consists of several items:

  • Phone number selection;
  • Profile;
  • Detailing;
  • Messages;
  • Settings.

It is easy to guess that number selection is available there for the purpose that some subscribers of the company own not one, but several numbers, and do not want to use different cabinets for them, combining all the information into one.

As for the remaining points, we will consider them in order.

In this section, information about the current tariff plan becomes available to the user. Its name is displayed in the yellow block. In addition, at the top you can find your number, as well as the codes associated with it:

Detailing in your Beeline account

It is hardly worth explaining why this section is present on the site. In this section, you can create graphs and reports on costs, used services and options for a certain period of time. The period, of course, is specified directly by the user.

Messages

The message section is a kind of archive of data about the applications left and the responses or notifications received on them.

It's no secret that through your personal account you can order various services, ask questions, so a separate section is reserved for these opportunities. The information here is divided into relevant subcategories:

  1. Equipment order.
  2. Support calls.
  3. Service changes.
  4. Questions for support.
  5. Detailing.
  6. Financial matters and payment.

The configurations in this section are divided into different categories for your convenience:
